pls. let us know that thet influx of people into the UK for foreign education is as a result of the calamitious state our universities in Naija are. Even without going to the UK, USA etc, for education , going to Ghana, Togo or other lesser economically viable countries than Naija in the African continent, you still stand a better chance of being employed with your 3rd class certificates than a 1st class graduate in any Nigerian University or Polytechnic. We are presently at the mercy of being barred from applying to any company with a Naija Cert. on Nigerian Soil.
So going to the embassy for student visa despite not having a first school leaving certificate(primary school) is aimed at gaining recognition if eventually he/ she comes home with a Toronto Cert.
