Nairaland / General / Exposed: Oyo-ita Was Involved In The Pension Scam – Maina by Jyds14: 4:58pm On Dec 19, 2017
*Reason why she was so aggressive against me in NASS
*She was Director of Finance when N4.4bn was stolen
*Also, former HOS, Mr. Abba Aji
Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, the Head of Service, was the Director of Finance in the same office when the massive pension fraud was ongoing. Her fears of being exposed informed why she is so viciously against my recall to the service. She is afraid of her ghost. Now, that we are here, it is better we start exposing ourselves and everything.

These were the words of Abdulrasheed Maina, the chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT) in a long interview he granted on the raging storm whose narrative has tilted inversely unlike when it started.

Please ask her to bring out her career projection. Where was she when the PRTT was working. I tell you, only those who did not work in the Pension Office of the Head of Service would not have been involved. Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita is as guilty as Alhaji Shaibu Teidi, the main actor in the 43 pension suspects we handed over to the EFCC for prosecution. I have documents to tender to this effect. She presided over when N4.4billion was stolen.”

“When I said that President Mohammadu Buhari is working with thieves surrounding him, I know what I am saying. We shall go through the whole hog. Let her come out and say it is not so. I will show the world that she is not as clean as she is trying to project. My return to service is scaring the hell out of her. You know she is at the verge of leaving and she wants to go safely. Therefore, she is violently working so hard to ensure I never returned. That will never change the truth.

Mr Abba Aji, was Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Police Affairs when all the lootings were conducted under his signature. Some of the 43 pension suspects from that office under trial stole all they have under his signature.

Aji rather than face the law like his staffs got promoted to become the Head of Service. He worked with the pension suspects who were his staff and the then Senate Committee headed by Alloysius Etuk, to ensure that the PRTT was effectively destroyed to protect himself.

“The Directors, the senior staff committee were coerced by Mr. Isa Bello Sali, who later became Head of Service to make sure they send me out of service within 24 hours. All the reports were done in his office. Files were signed in his presence. My sin, I had stopped the inflow of N5.2 billion monthly to the Head of Service.

“Please, ask Mrs Oyo-Ita, what was her roles in all of these? Why did she take more than an official passion in ensuring I do not return to service. In a couple of days, I will release official documents on her.

Watch out: From 1999 to date, I will expose all the Heads of Service atrocities – Maina
He brought out the documents detailing “the three major sources of the pension fraud in the Head of Service. How much they stole, where, when and how they stole shall become public. It is a promise.”

Sports / Obayiuwana Exposes NFF In Another Corruption-infested Scandal by Jyds14: 4:14am On Jan 18, 2017
*They demanded 50% bribe from Puma

By Olajide Fashikun

Nigerian versatile sports journalist working with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Osasu Obayiuwana, has revealed the disturbing but untold reasons behind the collapse of the big sponsorship deal between Nigeria and German sports brand, Puma in 2015.

When Amaju Pinnick, the President of the NFF was to start the deal, he made so much media blitz. Eventually, the deal between the Nigeria Football Federation and the German multinational company, Puma collapsed in April, 2015 during the negotiation. Pinnick had told the nation that why the deal fell through was because of the “leadership instability” of the football regulating body.

With the latest revelations by the no-nonsense international journalist and native of Edo State, Osasu Obayiuwana on his Twitter handle, @osasuo, it blew the lid of what was suspected, pointing at the weighty allegations that corrupt practices among top officials of the NFF could have collapsed the lucrative deal.

The sensitive information was revealed to Mr. Osasu Obayiuwana, a trained lawyer and football activist, by an unnamed Puma official he met in Gabon for the 2017 African Cup of Nation competition which Nigeria is missing back to back as a result of the incompetence of the Amaju Pinnick board.

Nairaland / General / GTB Is Stealing Us Dry With SMS Cost – Customers by Jyds14: 11:23am On Jan 08, 2017
*Outrageous pilferage cause massive complaints nationwide

By Sandra Onyekwere, Oluwole Francis

Customers of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc have been protesting the outrageous stealing of their funds under the guise of SMS charges which is high and amounts to uncontrollable height of corporate pilferage.

Several customers of the bank complained on their facebook pages. For instance, a Lagos-based journalist, Adepoju Tobi wrote on his page: “SMS charges by GTB cost me N359. Ok oo. Una well done oo.”

Earlier in the morning, two customers of the bank complained in passing, “they charges me N750.00 for SMS. Except if their SMS has received 100% increment beyond what the telcos charge otherwise that means they sent me almost 1,000 SMS in the month or how do we explain this new style of stealing?”

The friend was complaining of being charged for SMS to the tune of N405.00.

Sports / Nigeria Football Fraud: How Communiqué Did Not Reflect Discourse by Jyds14: 9:36pm On Dec 18, 2016
*No audit report for the last two years
*Immediate audit of allowances for Falcons, Eagles on

By Olajide Fashikun

With the unexpected vituperations from the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Solomon Dalung, at the Annual General Assembly (AGA) of the bankrupt Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) led by Mr Amaju Pinnick, what was not clear to the members and watchers was the real reasons behind the tough stance of the minister.

Amaju Pinnick at the 2016 ANA of the NFF…he refused to greet Dalung after reading the acidic speech

Government has been so peeved with the NFF goons for a long time. At a point, the ICPC was instructed to invade the Glass House whereupon some files were taken away from the Account department. Some of the staffers of the department had to report and corroborate some of the facts needed but the office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) did not give the prosecurial power to the agency. That stalled the prosecution.

EFCC investigation: There are two separate petitions alleging mismanagement of funds against the leadership of the NFF especially the FIFA development grants. There is the allegation that the NFF has a secret account through which the FIFA monies are transferred and spent. The account is reputedly under the firm control of a former NFF President who still run affairs therein as the President General.

EFCC operatives may have new assignments to take in football again

Sports / We Are Short-changed Despite Not Getting Any Alert Yet -super Falcons by Jyds14: 1:57pm On Dec 17, 2016
*Qualifier bonuses are not paid
*No one has received any alert yet despite NFF lies to have paid us

By Oluwole Francis

“Nobody among us has gotten anything yet almost 24 hours after the NFF claimed the Federal Government has paid them our monies. We are shocked when we read reports in the media that they claimed to have paid players even stating how much were paid. They told us we will be paid in Naira at the official CBN rate of N305 to $1 even when the current rate is N315 to $1. It is sad we could still be shortchanged by our own country and no inclusion of our qualification bonuses and allowances,” one of the players told www.gongnews.net Saturday morning.

Earlier on Friday, the Federal Government in a press statement released in Abuja claimed to have delivered the sum of N358 million to settle bonuses of the Super Falcons following their Wednesday’s protest to the National Assembly and the State House. However, the NFF through a statement confirmed receipt of the released sum and further claimed players and officials of the team have been paid their entitlement on Friday evening.

Nairaland / General / Politics, Poli-tricks Behind Magu’s Non Confirmation by Jyds14: 8:25am On Dec 16, 2016
*Ibrahim Magu…in a deeply intensive chess play of intrigues
*Stories behind the table not told

Senate’s refusal to confirm Ibrahim Magu as chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), was a rancorous power-play involving the Senate, the State Security Service and the Presidency.

At a hurriedly arranged press conference Thursday, the spokesperson for the senate, Abdullahi Sabi, announced that Mr. Magu’s nomination by President Muhammadu Buhari as EFCC chairman had been rejected.

He cited “security report”, and said the president would be informed of the decision.

The Senate refusal belongs to the region of high-wire intrigues. The principal charge against Magu was the allegation that the chief corruption fighter himself is alleged to be tainted himself.

Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari…allowed the Senate to take the blame

The SSS report pointed against Magu contained a N20 million-a-year rented home and the expensive air transport service he allegedly once enjoyed, at an estimated N2.5 million.

The service involved a private jet belonging to former Air Vice Marshal Mohammed Umar, which transported Mr. Magu from Kano. Mr. Umar, a close friend to the EFCC boss, is facing corruption charges.

Investment / MMM Crash: Over 3million Nigerians Lose Over N18.765billion by Jyds14: 11:48pm On Dec 14, 2016
*Guider makes N5billion cool cash
*Many suffer high blood pressure

By Olajide Fashikun, Collins Ajibola, Oluwole Francis and Sandra Onyekwere

As thousands of Nigerian participants and investors continue to groan and moan, some even cursing, over the ‘crash’ of the popular ponzi scheme, otherwise known as MMM, investigations has revealed that one Chuddy Anayo Ugorji, popularly referred to as “The MMM-Nigeria number one Guider,” may have allegedly raked over N5billion within a year from the embattled system.

An analyst says Nigerians (figure yet to be compiled) lost in excess of N8.765billion to the scheme. Many people borrowed loans and some sold their properties to be able to participate in anticipation of funding the Christmas and New Year with the profit margin that was to come with their principal.

An Abuja-based lawyer dipped his hands into some client funds in the chambers to invest N1million just 24 hours before the crash of the scheme. Several official institutional warnings were issued about the dangers inherent in the scheme which was known to have crashed in other nations of the world.

According to a social media pundit, Olushola Oke, ‎“Chuddy is the head Admin of MMM, he is the one who brought MMM into Nigeria, he is the one who runs things at MMM just the way Mark Zuckerberg runs Facebook. People fail to realise that a Website cannot create itself, a human being has to see through its day to day activities and Chuddy is the one behind MMM and the same Chuddy is also a participant of this same MMM and this same Chuddy is also the number one Guider on this same MMM.

“Don’t you already see that there is already A Red flag? He even collected a whopping N6million payment on the 8th of December! As at the last check, 94,774 persons had bought into the scheme.

Crash story is a ruse: Promoters of MMM Nigeria, known as Guiders have urged Nigerians to remain calm as the one month freezing of all accounts of the scheme is a measure adopted to ensure sustainability and stability of the scheme. The system which entails the Providing Help (PH) and the Getting Help (GH) also assured that there is nothing to worry about since the ‘FROZEN ACCOUNT’ period is even the best time to provide help.

Sports / Pinnick Enters More Trouble Over Rohr’s Salaries by Jyds14: 8:26am On Dec 11, 2016
*Sponsors pull out due to increased bad media
*Owes Eagles coach three months wages
*Don’t expect bailout, says Sports Ministry

By Olajide Fashikun

Sleep may have become one big luxury in the supermarket of the Tsars of the Nigeria Football Federation’s factional president, Amaju Pinnick, with the calamity around his secret sponsor paying the salary of his Franco-German white-skinned coach, Gernot Rohr when the said sponsors pulled out of the deal.

Authoritative sources inside the Glass House told www.gongnews.net that, “Rohr signed a two-year contract with the NFF and he is expected to pocket $47,000 every month. The German coach had only received a month salary since he took over in August. He is presently counting with his fingers three months which is not yet paid.

Part of the promises…………to met with the Vive President and feel great>

The NFF President Amaju Pinnick had told the nation that an oil company offered to bankroll the coach’s salary and the two parties had signed an agreement over the deal.

It is worse with staffers of the secretariat who are yet to collect their pay since some nine months ago. To these people, Christmas and New Year certainly are a massive recession.

Sports / Pinnick’s CAF Ambition Destroys NFF From Within by Jyds14: 3:49am On Dec 10, 2016
*Ambition kills him as he threatens Falcons stars
*Scared stiff of Supreme Court sack
*Wants to railroad Congress to ratify so many errors

By Olajide Fashikun

One man whose name translates to unending controversy is the factional President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick, who like a drunk soldier is fighting several battles at the same time and has lost focus of the primary responsibility he is supposed to deliver.

Dr Mohammed Sanusi, Secretary General of the NFF…not in good terms with ‘Cow-boy’ Pinnick

The word ‘embattled’ has no meaning in the dictionary in describing him now. He has woefully failed in the management of the NFF, he is reported to be on cold war with his Secretary General, Dr Mohammed Sanusi. He is at war with cadets of the various women national teams, the U-17 and U-20, as well as, the Super Falcons.

He opened a new flank making his most trusted and dependable ally, Barrister Christopher Green, to rise against him. Yet, he is suffocating under the fear of the ruling of the Supreme Court in the protracted leadership issue with Ambassador Chris Giwa.

Unusual ambition and lack of respect for his Board: From time immemorial, he had never had respect for his Board members who he sees as pawns on his chess board. He takes unilateral decisions without consulting them. They’ve been covering him to pretend all things are well.

Sports / Olympic Fund: Nigeria’s Glorious Future In Sports Is Guaranteed -mark by Jyds14: 10:55am On Dec 07, 2016
*I can’t wait to watch your products do us proud

By Oluwole Francis

Senator David Mark, the former President of the Red Chambers of the National Assembly has praised the initiators of the Nigeria Olympic Fund, saying, “you will remove the international shame of either barren medals or praying and fasting for one paltry bronze in the Olympics.”

Senator Mark made the remark when he hosted the management of the Nigeria Olympic Fund in his Abuja home saying, “at a point some of us have almost lost all interests in Nigerian sports. Football is no better. Infact, I don’t watch the senior national team, the Super Eagles, they will just give you hypertension.”

“I follow the cadet national teams and especially the women national teams. With this initiative, I have hope in the future of this nation in international sports. With the elite athlete programme for the 90 athletes in five sports, if you people follow the processes carefully as you analysed, then, Nigerians will have so much to celebrate in the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.”

This is one project that every Nigerian should identify with. It is my prayer that your team will have the courage and temerity to hold unto these vision. You will face pressures and animosity as you go but you must be ahead of those who the project will make into cost.

Left to me, this is the future of Nigerian sports. If this project is carefully followed and delivered, you can imagine the number of youths that would be gainfully occupied and even, the number of employment, both direct and indirect, that would be created.

The former Military Administrator of Niger State said, “sports is one industry which if well harnessed and with our population, it can be bigger than the oil industry. Nigeria is too blessed not to be a global leader in sports.”

“At my personal level, I will be glad to watch some of the children that will come out of your initiatives. I promise to support your activities in the best ways I can. I also pray that Corporate Nigeria will quickly see where you are going and they key in.”

in the team that visited Senator Mark are the CEO Olajide Fashikun, the Executive Director (Technical) Chief Mary Onyali, Messrs Fatai Adeshina, Ibrahim Omale, Collins Ajibola, Mrs Sandra Onyekwere amongst others.

Sports / SHAME!!! Pinnick threaten Super Falcons players (Update) by Jyds14: 3:35am On Dec 07, 2016

*Falcons seize AWCON trophy
*Rejects NFF’s poverty-stricken N50, 000 allowance

Super Falcons players have been enmeshed in a long drama about the payment of their match bonuses and allowances by the shameless and bankrupt Nigeria Football Federation. The players have threatened to hold onto the African Women Cup of Nations trophy they won last Saturday despite threats from the factional President, Amaju Pinnick.

The players were tricked out of Cameroon with a promise to pay them when they return to the country on Sunday after claiming their eighth AWCON title.

Officials of the soccer federation did not even show up at the Agura Hotel, Abuja where they lodged the team on the said day let alone bring the players their money.

Things almost got out of hand when the NFF factional President, Amaju Pinnick, eventually visited the team and told them that there was no money to pay.

The meeting almost ended in fiasco as the players vowed to remain at the hotel until their money is paid. They were reported to have held unto the trophy they won and vowed not to release it until they are paid.

“Pinnick was trying to pacify the players to exercise patience that they will be paid soon, but they (the players) asked him to be specific when and how the monies will be paid. Pinnick was not happy with the way the players handled the issue and made some statements that also infuriated the players. He was alleged to have insulted the players in unprintable words.

The NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, who earlier visited the team, begged them to be patient with the bankrupt organisation. He attempted to give them N50,000 each as transport fare which they flatly rejected.

When www.gongnews.net called sme players of the team to confirm the news, several sources said, “we are aware of what happened to the U-17 and U-20 female teams who left with empty promises and we do not want to have the same experience.

In a statement released by the federation, Sanusi was quoted to have said at the meeting that: “I have come to appeal to you, to understand the situation of the federation and the country at the moment and exercise patience.

“We will pay you all monies you are being owed as soon as we receive money from the Federal Government, just as we paid the U-17 boys who won the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile last year, after the tournament.

And just as we sorted out coach Samson Siasia’s wages as soon as we had the funds, after the Olympics.”

He added that: “We know we have financial commitment to you (players and officials of Super Falcons) and we have not at any time stated otherwise. But the money is not readily available at the moment.”

Permanent insolvency: Amaju Pinnick since his purported election has led the NFF into perpetual insolvency. They owe players and coaches with reckless account. No coach in the employ of the organisation is not owed including late coaches Stephen Keshi and Shaibu Amodu.

The Federation is even their owing staffers, players, coaches, hoteliers and travel agents.

Even Super Eagles players are presently being owed match bonuses against Tanzania, Zambia and Algeria.
