let us look into this plague surfacing everywhere in the world,what i call NEGATIVE IMPACT OF FACEBOOK.

Employers of labor now block facebook b/c of addiction of workers to it.

If at the end of the month,your boss pays you based on your productivity for the month,would you spend more time on FACEBOOK?

Employers of labor have every right to protect their businesses because money comes out of their pocket.

BUT come to think of it,if your PAY is base on productivity,would you be on facebook?

last week,somewhere in america.a pastor was campaigning aganist the use of the social network because for the past 6months,20% of couple in his congregation have had facebook related problems.

NOW,WHAT OF ATTITUDE OF WORKERS ON SALARY.

Let me say that what is below does not apply to 100% of workers.there are some exemptions.

* some of them are lousy knowing that they get paid at the end of the day.

* use any available opportunity to dodge work.

* the wicked ones collude task force agencies to extort money from you.

* some also call you on phone that motor is bad when it's not.
SOLUTION TO THE LAST TWO :-
Drive down to the spot where they are, to confirm.if they try it twice or thrice and see that you make yourself available,they give up.

* try to listen to their conversation and keep the bad egg on check.

* most times,they lack the ambition and aggressiveness to fight for customers in the market.
