The owners are relocating abroad and it wouldn't be economical leaving the equipments unused or unattended. Hope this will clarify any objection and besides we still await bidders for inspection. Thanks.
Good this is enough clarification and there's nothing bad about their decision, nobody can question that but it could also mean their inability to establish a SYSTEM for their business.

@too legit,
Answers have been given to this in previous pages but let me give  you answer from a new ebook that will soon appear on my blog.
its named

THE GUIDELINES OF NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TABLE WATER PRODUCERS OF NIGERIA(ATWAP)

A part of it reads- The water processing plant should be located on a non-residential area and never within the residential house or premises.

The factory building should be walled off from external interference.Provisions should be made for the raw material and finished product storage, processing or water treatment room, packaging room, cloak room, toilet facilities for workers etc.

The factory must not be situated near a refuse dump, abattoir, grave yard, soakaway pit or oil depot;as these are possible sources of contamination.

But as you know laws are meant for humans, humans are not meant for the law.

If you have read Pure water free information 2 very well, you will know about ADVISORY INSPECTION.

Invite NAFDAC first,if those prohibited things are arround, they will check the measurements from your borehole.I think for soakaway,it should be above 10meters from borehole.

J12:
Ribadu is of no use to the world. After his political stint in the ACN and a brief romance with tinubu, he now wants to continue his fight against corruption?
Is this what you think?
You call it ''stint''.
Do you think he has failed for not clinching the presidency @ the first attempt?
Let me tell you i did not vote for ribadu BUT I APPRECIATE AND RESPECT HIM COME TOMORROW.
You amaze me J12.

I have always wondered why our govt cannot look into alternative sources e.g solar and wind in the north, wind and hydro in the southeast/southsouth as alternative means of power generation . The dutch used wind generated power, the Congolese use hydro generated power. why cant we harness all these alternative sources. i am not a technical person but let the experts come out with ideas.
Nigeria govt officials are interested in where new contracts will be awarded so that more money will be spent.

I think so too but , in the end, he may just not be interested in working for a GEJ Government. I think he could have remained here to work on building a political base and forging alliances, with an eye on the future, but the need to get out , for now ,  may have been too much for a core technocrat who , as I have stated repeatedly , is involved because of patriotism like Gani Fawehinmi, Fola Adeola , Femi Falana, Okonjo-Iweala, Ezekwesili  et al.

It was the same with Okonjo Iweala and Ezekwesili. They answered the call to do their bit but , IMO , left with frustration and perhaps regret at not getting the chance to do more. This move for Ribadu , if true , at the very least, proves that he made no deals with GEJ otherwise he would be enjoying a 'juicy' portfolio in Nigeria rather than working for the UN in Afghanistan. It also proves that Ribadu was not involved because of money as folks touted . He will certainly be very well paid as a UN advisor but he could literally opt to be Part of GEJ's GNU  to make billions if he is a shallow and materialistic person .

Anyway , from what we gather , this UN assignment will run for a year or two . Hope Ribadu will head back after that to get involved . People may not see it , but we need more high-worth technocrats , sought the World over, like Ribadu , Fola Adeola and Okonjo-Iweala et al, involved more in our politics rather than the numerous political jobbers and retrogressive AGIPS (like David Mark) who stand for nothing in particular and are never principled enough to do what is best for Nigeria. I wish Ribadu the best in his endeavours.
i believe you in totality. This the real truth.

ACN made in-road even in place where they did not clinch governorship.

And also  i believe ribadu's political future is strong and bright. If he succeed in this assignment, his chances will be high.

I wish him well.
We need people that have accomplished in life to man positions of authority in nigeria.

Atreides:
I don't think there's anything 'cruel' about what the guy did.
From what i understand, they were in a no-strings r/ship(or better still, arrangement) and he never made any commitments to her. She went ahead to have feelings for him-that's her problem, not his. She knew exactly what she was getting into and yet went into it anyway. Now that it's blown up in her face she comes here to talk, maybe wanting people to make her feel better about herself and tell her the guy's a jerk. I'm sorry, but i'm just not seeing it.

I do admit that he could've been a bit more tactful about it. The whole fb thing seems in poor taste, but then again,if she hadn't been giving him free sex in the first place,he wouldn't have had the opportunity to post that in the first place. Either way,she risked something and got what she exposed herself to.
i don't think the poster felt bad as a result of the guy leaving BUT 4 POSTING THAT STUFF ON FB.
She herself has NO future plan for the SEXUAL ADVENTURE and so does not feel bad particularly abt his leaving.

@atreides
paying for the pleasure is NOT a guarrantee he will not post on fb.
Perhaps that's his own myopic thinking way for leaving a partner.

An incidence that will interest you.
this event has been bugging me and i felt it will be good if i relay it here for the benefit of all.

One very early morning,i had an appointment to meet up with.As a result i came out about 5.45am in other to beat the traffic.

On approaching the main road,a truck immediately pass me by and packed. The truck is carrying water.

below was what intrigued me

Then as if in unison the two doors opened and two young boys enthusiastically jumped down.both  dragged bags of water out of the truck to stores that are still locked.
By the time they are back to the truck,i have approached them and the following conversation ensued

Kabarka:which water be this?

The boys: xyz water

Kabarka:ok,how many the truck dey carry?

The boys:400bags

then, they excused me and drove off.

[b]Now,MY OBSERVATION IS THIS.These boys have maintained a kind of consistent attitude/enthusiasim that i have no seen anywhere and so i became curious to discovering their source of consistent positive attitude.

In the first ATWAP meeting this year,i remember seating beside a woman who introduce her self as the owner of this company and this is our conversation after introduction.

Kabarka:oh! madam you are xyz water?
xyz water: Yes.
Kabarka:Your water dominates my place of residence.
xyz water: okay,i dont even know where the boys sells water.
Kabarka:(surprised) really?
xyz water:yes
kabarka:they are doing great.

we talked generally about prices and i promised to visit her factory which unfortunately i am yet to do but because of this experience i will go there and try my best to discover HOW and WHAT she is doing to achieve this.

I am curious about this because i do wonder if placing those boys ONLY on commissiom will be able to match what i saw.I have a strong feeling there is more behind this.
