Tabbaz, I am formally mullah123 here, now deactivated.

My attention was drawn to someone using that moniker for scam. Kaboninc called me just now.

I repeat, I don't have any connection with that Silas guy, my name is Abdullahi Mohammed. I don't visit this thread often as before. I only advertised some small PayPal a while back

I don't have any connection with that guy.

I had thought otherwise because I have dealt with you many times and know your account number.

Thanks for the clarification and this is just a case of impersonation.

You claimed people should not trade with 08175029041 that's he's a scammer yet you could not provide a tangible proof that he has scammed anybody or nobody has ever said he or she was scammed by 08175029041 search my number on nairaland again and again you will never find any hulabaloo related to my number 08175029041 - False ( just to score cheap points)

You claimed he's been running different moniker with the 08175029041: search for the number again on nairaland if the number is associated more than two usernames (a deleted one and 00ademi ) yet u said he's been running diff moniker -all False ( just to score cheap points)

See Nairaland be carefull of this guy sammeyd 08100585820 and he's so called guy dat call him on escrow ( i don't even know that one sef) i don't know if he his verified or not but I'm sure if you have a failed or back out deal with him then he will surely tagged you scam all to run here and score cheap points with your moniker.

Mynd44 and i called you out to reported a false claimed made to me for you- you ban me for posting off topic biko where is the off topic.. I can see all of una be padi padi - connection things well m not concerned with that.

The post is attached all is false claimed about me - as i no kon do d deal i don turn to scammer be that - hes surely gonna do something to get popular.

Kaboninc but the fact that you decline to reveal your source of fund make someone a scammer?

Or the last time we are about to trade btc and I backed out and sold to someone else makes me a scammer?

I don't debate the fact that source of fund is important. But we should use our heads and not label anyone a scammer without basis.

Nope, it doesn't make you a scammer. But it kinda raise suspicions about you or whoever it is (even me sef, that is one question I always ask so I don't look st.upid in front of the buyers or if its for me, I no wan hear story.).

As far as foreign currency is concerned, especially traceable funds, mehn you just have to understand that people will ask.

Like all these people shouting that they have 1 billion USD somewhere in Iran.

Anyway lets trade safe.

Cheers.

Sir, I doubt if anyone has question the source of the bitcoins you sell here nor do anyone question where you've got fund to purchase ecurrencies.

I won't want to sell my ecurrency to you and you'll be acting as if you're doing me a favour. It's my sweat, so I have exclusive right on how and who I want to sell to.

But my point is, the screenshots isn't enough to tag the guy a scammer. It holds no water.

Kaboninc don't forget to contact me for your eBay checkout ; cheesy

You have answered the question already.

Most times its important you tell people the source of your fund. Really really important, even if its bitcoins. Especially if its proven to be stolen or for money laundered or drug trafficking or as per PayPal, if it can be reversed..

I Am just letting you know that always have it at the back of your mind that some how, you may be asked to give info about the source of your funds.

It is not a wrong question.

Sorry sir, you do owe anyone the explanations about the source of fund. So we know you are not helping to launder money.

bros, u talk well.

I have traded rmb of over 450m with few ppl here in the past few months serving has mere middleman.

When u get business of 30m pay on delivery and u can only meet up with 5-10m, will u lose the opportunity when u can get from ppl?

When your Chain of business starts growing, then u will know the money in your account thats making u feel like a boss is a peanut when u see business offers.

You will be sad to realize most ppl forming big men here are using loans and borrowed money to trade and that's why they panic on money that's not up to 5m. I take commodities of over 10m from a single person alone here without a kobo upfront payment and I pay ASAP after delivering.

Condemning a middleman should be reversed cos case aren't the same and we should try to differentiate between a scammer and a business goes wrong victim.

Its also advisable for ppl (mostly student) that don't have source of income or alternative ways of getting money to act as middleman because if ur contact doesn't pay, u will be held responsible.

My brother, I wish they work where they have a target and it is a brokerage kind of business.

I just hope so.

You know the answer already because i completely avoided any issue by paying Lukman his money. If you don't have money to trade stick to the little you have and i don't care if you are a billionaire business man or not.

Don't come close to my money if you are not ready to pay instantly, there are loan offices in your states, and you can visit them if you need to borrow money. Don't bring any dumb business idea hoping to get money from people trading here.

If you borrow money to do business then that's your cup of tea, if you don't have money to buy funds then don't order for it.

Feeling pity for them is not enough bro, you should also show working by paying whatever amount they owe, that's when we will realize the height of your PITY.

If you can accept being labelled a scammer, for a crime you did not commit, then that is for you.

After all, some of the richest men today did not become rich by looking at the tree. And all of them borrow money to run their businesses.

You guys should not mix things up.

You broker a deal, a legitimate deal, it goes south, you then will be called a scammer? Too bad. You can take responsibility but not be labelled a thief. Only if you know that you can be sued big time for falsely accusing someone.

Go to the real world and do real business then you will know how business is run. And you will also know that the bank you give your money is a broker and they can also fold too.

I just have to feel pity and if there is a way I can help recover the money, I will do so. That is just me. I don't have to pay for it madam. I can even support if I so wish.

the issue of MAN IN THE MIDDLE is complicated and trust me bro advocating man in the middle especially for online business can be disastrous, i bet maybe kaboninc hasn't been in that situation before ... almost everyone has been involved in one mitm or the other ...
there are things to consider when doing MITM and if the answer is no for all those things, then your days are number, every tom, dikk and harry can be doing mitm especially online
doing mitm for stuff like AGC,PAYPAL,PAYONEER,BITCOIN etc is so so wrong abd i wouldnt recommend it..
this is the second time you will be saying it's not a bad thing to be involve in MITM but what you failed to notice is that you are mentioning RMB,USD .. those are traceable and if anything go wrong you know who to look for ... can that be said for AGC and IGC? ...
this thing is relative and people should know law guiding MITM ... I DO MITM alot ... but only for goods that are traceable not all those silly paypal agc and igc bla bla bla

MITM has been in existence for a while before most of us are born ... it was sweet because it's physical goods ... but doing MITM for digital goods is not a good idea ... i do mitm and i know people to do it with, i know people that can wait a week .. but not on digital goods, mitm doesnt work on digital goods

and @kaboninc you are getting the whole situation wrong , in business there is not like pity, YES there is grace ( grace of when the goods or money will be remitted back) ..but take for example

You sell me bitcoins and someone i dont know contact me telling me to send first, i didn't bother to research about the person, then i sent the goods you sent to me to him without researching whether i can trust the kind ..so you are still going to pity me for my stupidity ? ... i must pay back and ASAP not dragging foot ... i know you and agarawu23 very well, you wouldn't be in a situation where your money will be hanging especially strangers ... in as much as it is very wrong to label people who default a scammer it is also wrong to support mitm for digital currency .. you know who you can do mitm with and i do too .. that doesnt make it safe

Lol

Bro, there is nothing wrong with brokerage. Like I said, 90% of the world's trade are brokered by middle man. Even guys you know very well can abscond with your money. So its is all about risk.

And yes, I have had my own fair share of nasty experience as a middle man. Even the guy I eventually sold to, I have not met him and will still have some unresolved issues. But can I label him a scammer? No. And there are some deals I can broker especially low risk deals. But that does not mean that MITM is a wrong business route even in the digital world. Today we have the internet and as powerful as it is, it has made us come close enough, bringing business closer each day. That is why I can trade with guys in US, China and Japan. That is why you trade your bitcoins with bittrex but still, there is always a risk.

We should not condemn MITM at all in anyway. Those of us who have been in the business community, especially financial services would never have that kind of idea.

The issue still remains, TRADE SAFE and do your DUE DILIGENCE

Scammers too do ask people to bring escrow that they know will definitely be busy such as Tabbaz and Ladyf.
Saying people should bring escrow doesn't certify the person legit. People should be wise.

Same Dina asked suggested me for an escrow service and even came to the group

Avoid mentioning my name, to me he remains a potential scammer waiting to happen. Who cares if he did middleman and got scammed, same excuse that scammer yomie used to get pity from people, she traded with him and not the person that scammed him, so whats her business if he was scammed as a middle man. If he doesn't pay up on or before Friday if tabbaz wants he should add him to scammers list.

I bought paypal from Ozor1 and sold to Lukman and i was scammed by Ozor1, but i paid lukman his full payment and until now Ozor1 has not given me 1naira, that is what you experience if you want to do middleman stunt. Did you feel pity for me? Hell No....So quit playing JUDGE role for other people's money. It's their sweat not yours.

Your case with Bolayei was just over blown.

If you had not paid Lukman, would you be okay being labelled a scammer?

There is real life outside Nairaland and just for you to know, 90% of the worlds trade are brokered by middle men. Anything can go south be you a middle man or not. Just anything can go south. The most important is hope you don't get scammed.

I will always feel pity for victims of scammers. But will never support the idea of victims to be labelled scammers.

If things do work here, am so sure one person would be made a scapegoat for falsely accusing another person a scammer.

I was contacted by Kasshii and after a debate on who sends first. I finally decided to send first because I needed the money urgently and that was after I did a search for his moniker and phone number on this forum and I saw some scam allegations against him.

I brought his attention to that and he told me it was a false accusation and that it has been settled. I sent him the bitcoins at exactly 2:30 pm and since then he has been playing around with me. Initially he told me he was waiting for confirmation, now he's telling me he is driving and will send my money when he is back.

This is me publicly calling him out.

He's phone number is 07017145208.

Stop talking like you know why I said I will put his name up.

I did because he said he was not going to pay. If you owe someone money, admit it, tell the person you dont have so the person should give you time, it is better than being arrogant about it and saying you wont pay a dime.

You won't take that type of nonsense. If he says he doesnt have yet, he wont be killed, I for one am an advocate of allowing people who have admitted that they owe trade so as they make profit, they can get money to pay their doctors.

But if you owe and you are arrogantly saying you wont pay until bla bla bla……that is just insulting

He must have done that over emotions and it is not accepted.

However, I am aware that he has admitted to owing her and has committed to pay her.

Lets give him some slack

I would have loved it if the guy who scammed him, his details is put on that scammers list.

Someday, someone will chat him up and hopefully do a check. We could just have a lead.

What sort of abnormal request is this.

I personally asked you to pay in a whatsapp group to pay and told you all the reasons why modath is not responsible for the middle man that went wrong.

You said you have no money and I requested that you should be able at least promise a specific date of which you refused.

Now you are requesting for post to be brought down after you called for her to take it to nairaland.

So where did you see the money to pay now if the posts are deleted

I humbly request mynd44 never to delete all the post against this young man and should he fail to pay up his debt, he will be considered a scammer

If care is not taken. All the dubious fellow here will be requesting for post deletion b4 paying their debt.

What nonsense

Oga, you cant just make everyone that has a trade dispute a scammer. That is so wrong and too bad man

The guy was actually scammed to the point that he paid some money to someone to help him catch the thief.

This was the same way you labelled Yomiluv a scammer.

You just have to stop it man

If Sammy has paid up to 200k and even paid more, the most that can be done is to give him some time.

You guys make all the effort here look like sh..it

Nope.. Inasmuch as the Monika seems to be almost same as kh..assy, you don't expect everyone to chose Monika based on weda someone has a similar Monika to urz. As Long as its not been picked, he has the right to pick any Monika he wants. Even that guy "kebo.ninc" (lol). If he didn't violate any rule, no mod has the right to "question" his choice of Monika. Its left for traders to "use their head" while trading. My thoughts anyway.

Lol

They should BAN that moniker because it creates a confusion as to the real Khassy who is known to be legit.

Some guy could claim to be Kha.ssy and when you ask him to mention you, he uses his kchassy moniker to mention you and when you ask, he tells you it was a mistake when he was opening....blah blah blah

These are their tricks. Or like someone using keboninc and would say sorry, he has two accounts and one was a mistake.
