And having gone to school, it is quite unfortunate u don't know what literacy is all about. They go to Arabic schools, can't they read and write in Arabic text? Can u? Good number of Indians can neither read nor write in English language but they were colonised by Britain and their main official language is English. By ur logic and definition, they are illiterates.

A governor been the CSO of a state is not part of the already written nigeria constitution, the president is the only civilian person that is the commander in chief of the armed forces of the federal republic of Nigeria

Get it now, the overall head of any organisation is the head of all other departments within that organisation and same applies to the office of the governor, local govt chairman etc. Who do u hold responsible whenever there is security breach in a state? Apart from the fed govt, who else declares curfew in a state?

What's this one saying? I'm not in support of his ideologies but just hold it, presidents, governors and local govt chairmen are respectively the CSOs of their countries, states and local govts.

The use of military clothings by non military personnel is actually outlawed. One poster pointed it out while trying to defend Fayose for using it while presenting budget to the State HoA. A civilian acting in the capacity of the state governor is however allowed.
