Nice tips.. but lets all these cars tips be something creative and not just a copy and paste from Google... there still a whole lots of stuffs you can talk about in a car and not these 5tips everytime...

A simple election of not more than 5000persons has all this drama and charade. Please carry on with building technology. There is no limit to what you can achieve. I studied the same course and am doing good as well. Just make sure you get a better grade from school and also attach it with professional courses like PMP HSE and maybe Facility management then you are good to go. Work for someone for just a while to gain first hand experience after which you can go ahead to setup your own. The architects will always need you to bring their dreams to reality.remember to always learn the practical aspects. Thanks

However, it is better noticed now so that the issue will be solved once and for all. And avoid a sinking foundation in future.

Its a very lovely design boss.but what i would have is to do raft. In as much as we are in the raining season, the water table of that area is equally high.a trial pit would have helped a whole lot.but a dry mix with a specific concrete strength in view would help coupled with adequate number of columns at strategic positions. 4Y16 steel bars with 10mm stirrup at a mix of 1:4:4 for columns is ideal and double basket for column base just as you mentioned is thumbs up for me. But when u don't persuade her to say it she flares up and concludes in her mind dat u don't love her.if u did u would have persuaded her to say it.I have stoped it a long time ago.it usually ends with bigger problems dat I dnt think I would solve in the next one year
