Well, I really can't say. Maybe you should atleast get to your local government area office first to know.

I even mailed the Npower team but I got an automatic reply that I should chat with one of their team on the website after login in but no response from them even after chatting.
Nairaland / General / NCC Please Sue Glo Mobile Network On My Behalf. by KADELU(m): 4:12pm On Oct 06, 2016
Glo has been deducting my airtime wrongly. They deduct #25 - #50 every week on my line. I did not subscribe for any promo nor any service but to my surprise when I call their call center agent, i was told i subscribe for some Value Added Services and caller tune service. Me caller tune? I hate that with passion. I did not send any message as regard all this service. Glo network is the doing all the trash because when I called their agent I was told to send STOP to some codes but the message was failing. I called back and they forward my complain to their technical officers. I got a message on my phone two days after that the VAS has been deactivated but the caller tune was not. Two weeks after this, I recharge again and my airtime was deducted again. I called their customer service to complain again and they told me I have a VAS on my line in which I did not send any message as regard this service. I don't use the line to browse neither is the line on a surfisticated phone but in a Nokia tourch light phone. I don't send any message for all this services and yet am always charged everyweek. My mother too is also experiencing this exploitation. Their customer agent could not solve this issue, i had to go to their office at Challenge in Ibadan and they could not solve it also. I was told to call 171 in which i will be charged #20 for the call. I am not interested in waisting my airtime to call them. NCC please look into this situation because it's getting out of hand. The line is my business line and it's used for all my ank transactions. Presently I have stopped recharging on the line which is not favouring me at all. I will appreciate it if NCC can do something to save the situation and all other Nigerians with such issue.
Thank you!

TV/Movies / Where Is The Concluding Part Of Osas Movie by KADELU(m): 3:06pm On May 16, 2016
I just stumbled on the movie few weeks ago, I think our actors and actress should try and look very well before they leap. Mercy Aigbe, when is the concluding part of your movie titled "OSAS" will be out. You did part one and two in the year 2012 (4years ago) and yet we are not hearing anything on it again. Does it means you don't know the story line again? Even Toyin Aimakhu featured in the movie and she did Alakada after your own movie and she has concluded the story line years ago but here you are for the past four years, you are yet to conclude yours. What's happening? Moderator plz help move to Fp plz. Thank you!

Phones / Re: Facebook App Not Working On My Blackberry by KADELU(m): 8:36am On Apr 18, 2016

Phones / Facebook App Not Working On My Blackberry by KADELU(m): 8:26am On Apr 18, 2016
I use a blackberry bold 3 (Sprint) in which fb app works perfectly on it. Not until last month when I upgraded the app and it has stopped working since. If I try opening it, it opens in the web browser. I have tried to format the phone, did OS re-installation but all was to no avail. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it again but it didn't work. Plz is anyone experiencing the same thing? Moreso, what can I do to get the app working back on my phone. Thank you.
Samuel.
