Submit that parent forum form to DSA after being signed by ur parent or guardian.

What's with u and this ur irritating questions? Pls read and understand well before drawing wrong conclusions on what i said... In my earlier post i said: 'photocopy of RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT OF FACULTY AND DEPARTMENTAL FEES'... when u pay ur #2000 and #1000 for faculty and departmental fees respectively(that's for bus admin,cuz dept fees varies from dept to dept) ,receipts will be given for each of the fees.. All u need to do is make a photocopy of the receipts and attach the to ur docs..

yea.. That's right.. The business student association fee is for only bus admin students.. And it is to be paid at wema bank(compulsorily wema).. Total fee is #4000.. The photocopy of the faculty and departmental fee receipt is to be submitted along with the remaining 2 sets of docs... State of origin certificate and online payment receipt isn't needed. Time of screening: 10am-2pm

so we ll first go to biz admin faculty building then go to wema(not far from school gate) and then back to d faculty for registration! That doesn't make sense!
