Nigerian Oil and Gas companies have contracts hey have signed with internationalbuyers. they mjust sell tjhose crude to those buyers. at the prices they set when they were running the contracts, any extra they get off and outside that from the ground. They wil prefer to sell it at the current international price. Unless Dangote is ready to pay these high prices... he should forget about getting cheap crude. Secondly, let's assume we provide him the crude. Can he promise to not sell any of the prodcuts outside Nigeria? He cannot do so because he needs to maximise profits. So he should not blame the Oil companies from wanting same

I was born and living in Abeokuta North. The both army barracks in Abeokuta are in Abeokuta North. We face many challenges in Abeokuta North including bad roads, lack of good water and insecurity. Let me use my area for the case study, my area is Alamala, an area hosting an army barracks but still not having electricity, water, security. We are all base on solar for our power source. Thanks to Senator Yayi that helped us do our road from Rounder to Olorunda (not completed though) if not, the bad would have add to our challenges.

I lived in both of those barracks you mentioned. Nyangao and Alamala...block 16.
