*Regular consumption of this vegetable helps to regulate blood* *cholesterol levels which is a risk factor for heart attack and stroke*
*Bitter leaf is rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Due to the presence of nutrients especially Beta Carotene,*
*It controls the synthesis of female sex hormones. This allows women to stay younger and healthy for a longer duration of time.*
*Bitter leaf has been shown to significantly* *lower blood sugar levels It does not only reduce blood sugar, it also helps to repair the pancreas.*
*The plant has been widely used and recognised for its efficacy in preventing malaria. *Drinking the juice alone is an antidote for malaria*.
*Consumption of the plant is helpful in increasing milk production in breast feeding mothers. It increases appetite in anorexia(loss of appetite).*

300ml African black soap
3 tbsp Olive oil
80mlHoney
3 tbsp Aloe vera gel
30ml Ginger juice.
1teaspoon Caustic soda
2 tbsp Starch.
Get hand gloves
Procedure
Get a bowl
Pour ur black soap
Use ur hand to separate it.
Add ur olive oil
Honey
Aloe vera gel
Ginger juice
Use ur hand to blend it together. When smooth, add ur caustic soda to it.
Please do not add much or else u will throw ur relaxer away. Be careful, just one teaspoon is ok
Mix thoroughly, use ur energy to blend the mixture
Now add ur starch to it and mix again.
Keep in refrigerator, it will last for one month but if u do not have fridge, it will last for two weeks....

C: 2 bulbs of onions
D: 10 pieces of Capsicum frutescens

Dermatologist in the house kindly help on how to treat this serious skin condition. A lot of drugs and treatment has been prescribed and used and still no big changes. I have used 20% SSA, Momento loratidin tablet, Nizoral shampoo, Ketoconazole cream to mention but few...please kindly help on a lasting solution to this unpleasant skin condition.

1. Get tree oil and rub daily.
2. Go to elewe omo n buy omi aro (herbal water n mix it with black soap (ose dudu).
3. Buy fussin tablet n take daily.

The side effect of 3 is kidney and liver failure if taken for a long period.
