same here but if he can't afford one, he should apply terbinafine on the affected skin then take itraconazole 200mg daily for seven days , wash and iron his clothes and bed sheets but there is no permanent cure. It might re-occur.

Go and buy unmixed local soap (abuwe) for your daily bath, then apply Kenacomb religiously on your face. You can get Kenacomb in chemists. Just use it whenever you get to lay your hands on it. Then avoid creams. Use perfumed baby jelly (at least for the time being, and it's harmattan already so it would help ).

Results would show within a fortnight at least.
