1)i hope you are working if not get a job to keep you occupied most time of the day and even when you feel like to self service in your free time you might fall asleep during the process due to tiredness
2)get a girlfriend,stop deceiving yourself that having a gal is a total waste of time(except your not straight) be involved in a committed relationship i believe u are an adult so having a girlfriend gives you some sense of responsibility
3)you must be introverted to some extent as this is one of the major reason why people self service,try to be in the gathering of people often and engage in stuffs that will keep you distracted,don't be indoor most of the time except you truly need a you time.
4)i reiterate to you self service is a perfectly normal thing and even healthy but it comes with an addiction and that seems to be the problem,don't for a second think its spiritual as that might be a new chapter to your problems
5)i luv sex and i think about it most of the time and this is a major concern but i have learned to control the outcome so it doesn't get the best of me,if you happen to think about sex a lot and watch pron on your phone or dvd then you need to get rid of any source of excitement because these they easily make you want to get in the act


if this doesn't help then you should go see a shrink because it has become registered in your mind

Hi, I worked at Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH), Sokoto and I can tell you for sure that I have slept on this bed many times during my night shifts.

Even the female doctors sleep on it during the night shift at the Casualty department.

How can one sleep on this kind of bed and be productive? If any Doctor feels O.K with this, his psyche must be damaged.

We need a total overhaul of the Nigerian healthcare delivery sector. Sadly, this may elude us for many years to come.

Is it possible to move this to frontpage? People need to see.
