Oga you need to educate yourself about Nigeria tax system, state don't collect company income tax federal government does, state only PAYE and it will be for the company staff that resides in Lagos for example Dangote company income tax will be collected by the federal government and if Dangote has 100 staff, 50 in Lagos, 30 in Kano and the remaining 20 in Abia, it is only the 50 staff PAYE that is due to Lagos while Kano and Abia will collect the rest The main problem is that almost all the companies listed there have their branches across all states in Nigeria.
So they make their money from these states but that profit is tallied at the headquarters in Lagos. Meaning In theory that a company in Lagos is making the profit and then the taxes are collected by Lagos government.

Tax is not the way you explained it, companies pay company income tax which goes to federal government, and staff tax is paid to states, if the oil company staff are in Bayelsa, Bayelsa state government will collect the tax and those staff in Lagos will pay to Lagos state.
