Politics › Re: Why Are Nigerians More Passionate about Biafra Than Nigeria? by KanwuliaExtra: 12:51am On Nov 28, 2018 |
kernel001: Now you're talk. The biggest problem of Nigeria is inequality and nurturing mediocrity.
If you give Nigerians job, 70% will never sell there votes, will stay off vices. How do tell a hungry man to maintain decorum?
First, if Nigeria is runned like a typical nation, where states fend for themselves, forcing only creative individuals to vye for state Governors.
If the states are independent, jobs will be created. Same with Power.
Decentralize power(NEPA), allow private investors, who will generate and distribute. The government, will simply have a fair share from what is generated, as well as regulate them.
More ports, they are quite cheap, besides we have water ways. But Nigeria think that if they allow PH port to start working, that Igbo's can use it against them.
Promote merits, not Federal character.
If you think Igbos don't have what it takes to survive outside the enclave called Nigeria, I give you 10 years, it will be like the case of South Africa that Nigeria helped in gaining independence, today, Nigeria thrill behide South Africa in almost all positive developmental indices. All these can’t be done without effective rule of law. |

kernel001: Says who?... You aren't Igbo, and even if you are, majority takes it.
If you were during the Nigerian/Biafra war, you will look down on China, because Nigeria was three times richer. You will assume Nigeria to be better than South Africa, considering the fact that it gained independent gar earlier, right? Determination is a key factor in economic growth.
What do you want to achieve with Nigeria, please tell us any area Nigeria have improved since after 1960, just one. Is it the fault of the concept of “Nigeria” or the citizens within? A Nigerian is a Nigerian you know? Every ethnic group share the same CURSE of greed and lack of the most basic fundamental, ethical compass that will endure successful propagation of the human race. How will splitting Nigeria cure GENETIC CORRUPTION? |

gidjah: that's not pretty good to day kanwulia jara.Religion transcend humanity ,it is mans heritage, just that it became mis managed by mere men .it is not an opium of the poor, we all are gonna answer to our creator here after u sure know that right?,then on what platform is that gonna be if not religion !! If you say so. Religion has been mismanaged since it was fashioned. It has done more harm than good. No personal accountability on any level of human existence. Personal accountability and consideration for others can never be taught by religion. The most productive persons or countries in the world never stressed on religion. Religion is a main avenue to avoid reality. With the poor maintenance culture in Nigeria, such an edifice would rot in no time. A mere show of materialism. |

kernel001: It's wrong to have passion for a person you don't love, rather, give your love and passion to those that love you, your home. You don't invest your energy on the wrong things. I hope you realize passion means “strong feelings”? These include ANGER, LOVE, LUST and HATE. |
