I know a police officer who rose to AIG level and retired. He has NEVER collected a bribe. And he was in sensitive posting, CP of different states....He never collected a penny....ask Oshiomole and Aregbeshola, even Peter Obi. So there some officers who will not collect bribes. |

The issue of Deputy Govs, can be treated thoroughly by the constitution amendment, assign specific roles for them. The Govs that always regarding themselves as demi God can also be cut to size by removing the immunity accorded the office of the Gov. |
