Drinking water is an important part of life. In fact, you can live longer on just water (without food) than living on just food (without water). Many people do not drink enough water which is why it is so important to be careful about your water consumption. Here are some good steps to follow to remain well hydrated

1. Always have a glass of water when you wake up, and before you go to bed. You could write yourself a notice on your bedside table so you don't forget.
2. Eat foods with high water content. Watermelon, celery, cucumbers, and lettuce are good, healthy choices.
3.Have a glass of water with all your meals. If you are trying to lose weight, a study has proved that people who drank two glasses of water before meals lost more weight than those who don't.
4. When you work out, keep a water bottle with you. Bring two! Your body sweats which is one way your body uses water. You need to replenish your body with nice, cool water. (Cool water will help cool you down more.)
5. Watch what else you drink. Gatorade, is a common drink but it actually dehydrates you. Drink more water than other drinks. Of course, water doesn't have to be your top priority. Milk and orange juice are great liquids to drink too. Try to drink healthy liquids instead of soda or alcohol.
6. When you feel hungry even though you've recently eaten, don't continue to eat. Many people believe they are continually hungry but in reality they have not drank enough water. Surprisingly, water actually fills you up. It's important!
7. Just because drinking water is most important, you do not have to limit yourself only to water. Every once in a while, have a soda or a small glass of wine (if you're an adult).
8. Educate yourself. Learn the symptoms of dehydration. There are many obvious factors, and learn the benefits of drinking enough water.

- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
- Follow up on all leads and referrals received
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up
- Corporate with company staff (Branch coordinators, Listing Consultants, Customer service department) to accomplish the work required to close sales.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be resident in Lagos and have completed their NYSC
- Preferably female and not more than 28 years old
- 1 - 3 years working experience
- Must have an active, energetic and enthusiastic attitude to work
- Must be confident in using a PC, particularly competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and company systems.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Visibility; it requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

Nigerian renters are calling for respect and good reasons when it comes to rental increases and the ability to make their rental a
‘home’.

The ability to own a pet, hang artwork, place family photos, enjoy a good kitchen and nice neighbourhood are big on the wish list of Nigeria’s growing number of renters, according to Nigeria’s number one real estate website www.privateproperty.com.ng.

“Due to increasingly stressful housing affordability levels and a changing lifestyle where renting is
a preferred option by many, Nigerian cities are highly likely to follow major overseas city trends
where by the large majority of the population rents rather than purchases homes. Over 79% of
Nigerians are renting because they can’t afford a house and some even think the state of housing affordability in the country is really bsad.

“Nigeria has over 80% of the population that rent, and with this long-term trend, now evidenced
here, there will be greater pressure on landlords to provide ‘homes’ for singles, couples and
families, rather than just bricks and mortar. We believe tenants would love to

When it comes to rental increases, Nigerian tenants feel that it is always an unfair trend,

“Our latest rent increase was due to the fact that our landlord felt he needed more pay”

2. More flexibility to have pets
3. Rental price advertised and price promoted by inspection is often different
4. Pre-approval system completed by agents, so they don’t have to reapply every time
5. Renters would like agents, landlords to return phone calls more often
6. Renters don’t feel respected by agents
