I would advise all users never to make use of the above company for loans or support.

I got my device stolen in 2025. Though I had fairmoney, Quickcheck and Alend on my device.

Loans were taken and I was aware when I retrieved my sim.

In early of this year. I cleared all loans in Febraury because I discovered I was blacklisted.

I immediately reached out to all three companies to update their records.
Quickcheck and Fairmoney did so in less than 24 hrs.
Alend has refused. They keep saying it was done and it was never done. Later it is forwarded to the respective department.

All that is needed is to reach out to CRC which update does not exceed 24hrs.

Because of them I am unable to get loans and it has affected me.

One funny part was the customer service officer was using emoji to taunt me.

I have started to tag their management on linkedin.

Please for your sanity. Avoid them.
They are fraudulent and the intent is to fustrate you to only get loans from them.

How a scammer from Ilorin defrauded me

I need to buy hybrid seed of cucumber for my irrigation farming.

I have cultivated the land and set up every necessary apparatus.

Someone recommended this scammer to me. He never knew he was a scammer.

I paid the scammer for a Cucumber and Neem oil seeds but he refused to waybill them to me as he promised.

Instead he blocked me on every channel.

I went to court to get order that will compel Polaris Bank to put his account under restriction until he refund my money.

But I was advised not to get a court order because the money is small (N45,500) and court order is N25,000.

It's a good advice but I need my money back. The money is not small to me. I borrowed it from my sister-in-law.

When I later check the internet I discovered that he has been a serial fraudster for years. He has scammed a lot of people.

My younger sister got admission in to University of Nnamdi Azikiwe(Unizik) after 2 failed attempt in Unilorin.
Our budget is 500k for the tuition fees, accommodation and miscellaneous. But only tuition fees as fresher have gulped up 430k already.
And that led to a very big shortage of funds. As we thought that 500k should've been enough for everything based on our same initiative on Unilorin but we didn't know that Unizik would be very much costly.
So as we started the hunt for accommodation, the prices given 2 us is far more than our budget. some agents are saying 600k for a room which will be around 350k for a person(if it'll be shared by 2tenants) and this got us very devastated that made me tried my luck online and I got someone that graduated from the same school and she helped us through a group post to get this particular apartment which the payment is 200k(I.e, 400k in total) and the lady said she's moving out due to completion of her academic in the school.
She said she still have 5months left that we have to balance her up of 90k so by April we'll then pay the 200k to the caretaker for the annual rent.
But after everything, my sister moved in to the apartment and the so called lady had packed out and moved back to lagos where she based as she's done with her Clearance. But the caretaker came and told my sister that the lady's payment is due already on the 31st of December and the rent is 600k 4 d whole room, the caretaker even said that it's against there law for a student to give out his/her tenancy to another student without notifying the caretaker.
All these means that this lady had duped us of the money because my sister just packed in last week of December. And now we've been trying to make the lady to refund us the 90k or better still balance up so that we can look for more money to pay for any other apartment which is affordable but this lady isn't cooperating, rather she's just using us to catch cruise.
I'VE PLEADED SO MUCH WITH HER BUT SHE DOESN'T WANT TO ADHERE AND THEN I WARNED HER OF THE ACTION THAT I CAN TAKE BY GOING TO NYSC OFFICE HERE IN ILORIN WITH HER NAME AND DEPARTMENT AND ALSO WITH POLICE REPORT AND COURT AFFIDAVIT WITH A PROVE THAT SHE COLLECTED MONEY FROM US AND RANAWAY BUT SHE'S NOT STILL COMPLYING.
I CAUTION HER TO KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES IF SHE'S FOUND GUILTY BUT SHE STILL NOT WQNT TO GIVE IN.

And please is there any other way to handle this because I don't wish to ruin her educational career because if she's apprehended it will damage her chances of getting her school and her NYSC certificate
