Nothing to celebrate at all! If you want to know the true situation of this country go inquire from common men. They should rather think of how to move this country forward rather than wasting millions of naira celebrating Independence that is not reflecting in the life of Nigerians. Our situation In NIgeria is like being at the river bank and using spit to wash hand. We lack OR are in shortage of many things that we are supposed to be getting sufficiently. But let all our leaders know this that "He who rules and his people enjoy him the world will not forget him, and he who rules his people badly will also be remembered". |
@FUSTINA You have points. Actually these are most reasons why the guys engage in kidnapping. But i wish our leaders change their attitudes towards the people they claim voted them into power. |

The problem of PHCN can be solve thus: 1. Let them identify all the things causing power outages 2. Look for solutions to each ofl these problems 3. The solutions should be made practical not on paper (theory) 4. And the leaders there (power sectors) should be tactful about the money meant to improve power generation. 5. Let them get well qualified staff who can handle the jobs well or give good training to their staffs 6. We can even borrow ideas from country like Ghana on how they make success in their power generation system. Sincerely, it is possible to be without power outage throughout Nigeria. If all our leaders in power sectors are serious about it. |
To help IT in Nigeria, government should try to provide scholarship on IT training. This PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP of NIIT is highly bad they should make it FULL. I know of many people who couldn't afford the fees after winning the scholarship, thereby forefeiting it. There are hundreds of Nigerians who could have made impart in IT, but financially they are handicap. Governmnet should try to offer full IT trainig scholarship for Nigerians. ALL OF US ARE NOT BORN WITH SILVER SPOON. |
of course there are still virgins - male and female |
THE ONLY SOLUTION I SEE IS -- LET GOVERNMENT TRY TO CREATE AND GIVE UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE EMPLOYMENT. BECAUSE IN OUR NIGERIA WE HAVE MANY UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE, AND IF THEY DON'T HAVE MEANS OF SUSTANING THEY WILL THINK OTHERWISE. WITH MANY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR YOUTH, I BELIEVE KIDNAPPING AND OTHER EVIL THINGS WILL REDUCE IN NIGERIA. GOD BLESS NIGERIA! |
I studied Computer Science. The little practicals i know was gotten through my exrtra effort outside school. Studying Computer Science in Nigeria can be made meaningful IF all Computer Science graduates are compelled to go to institute like NIIT after graduation compulsorily like lawyer, doctors do. And government should try to strenghtened the NIIT. THAT IS THE ONLY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. |
my name is 'pelumi, i have HND Computer science |
