The write up is correct.. same thing happened when drake won the grammys (one dance) everyone was hailing wizzy but who carry the award go house. I have been doing this experiment on and off for years now...almost ten years, and I always get the most results around the 9th-14th day. You can do it longer, but I know it can be very hard for some people to go longer, that's why I said 14 days. At least I am 100% sure they will see positive results during the 14 days (as long as they follow the rules I listed in the original post)...and they can decide on their own whether to go longer.
