what i noticed is that whenever u launch usng mms it wont go hav dey stopped the free trick

i dont think mms browsing on celtel is still working because i try to launch it everytime but it wont connect

this thing is not clear to me because i enter my phone number ,brand and model but no response. i want to ask what about required field i just dont understand

i think govt has imposed fine on them if they fail to provide good network
