Your item was supposed to be two, but you got one
So seller is wrong.
Same thing as getting an item that's damaged.
The scenario now is buying something, and saying you don't like it.
You can't buy something, say you don't like it, and then tell seller or jumia to handle return shipping while they refund your initial purchase amount plus your shipping.

Haba, It's not sellers fault for buyers having buyers remorse na.
Or have you not heard of people ordering cloth on jumia just to find out the material is cheap and then being unable to make a case about it.
If jumia always handle returns from buyers remorse, I'm sure no one would ever be complaining of getting a low quality or fake item.
As long as pics and description match item you're given. Jumia may not step in

Bro the truth is that u have not patronized jumia before and those that have done it said u can have ur refund no matter what happen so far is within stipulated period. I have done several things with jumia. And thats how it works.
