The answer to this question depends on the availability of NEPA light in your area, if your proposed system will be grid tied. So you have to let us know how steady NEPA light is....
Again, the panel capacity will also depends on loads management and your pocket.

I think 48v 160ah LFP battery bank is to too small for his proposed loads.
He said the 1hp inverter ac will be running for "at least" 4hrs and other minor loads may still be attached which might increase the overall consumption to about 7wh from 6pm to 6am.
I suggest he should take 48v 230ah LFP battery bank as minimum.

Although you didn't state the watts consumption of your listed Appliances, if you have the funds go for 48v 280ah/230ah LiFePO4 battery with 545w Jinko Panel * 9

But if you are on budget go for 48v 160ah LiFePO4 battery with 475w Jinko Panel * 9


Note: Buy the batteries from @Valto, that's if he has fully coupled battery pack for the stated Ah above.

Thanks boss, what is a good a setup to go with this, In terms of number of solar panels and batteries?, This area isn't my strong point but the 5kva inverter will be used to cover 1.5hp sub pump (For at least 30 mins during the day) , 1hp inverter ac to run through the night for at least 4 hours, fridge/freezer for 6hrs during the day and tv , laptop, wifi router and two fans.
