The ready mix putty is a bit more costly. material and labor per sqm is around N580 while for pop paint and cement is around N500 per sqm.

My brother it's really frustrating especially for those of us in diaspora, most of these artisans come for your head once they see you are communicating from outside Nigeria, forgetting that some of us work double shifts, do multiple jobs to save enough money to build something tangible back home, May God help us all.

Some of these artisans sha. I am inclined to think or believe some of them use elastic measuring tapes.

It sure does looks nice, I bet the outcome will be superb when it's finally painted.

Thanks sir. The ready mixed putty is much more water resistant and it binds better and doesn't peel.
Since the place is not waterlogged, you may just landscape the floor to drain water away from the building.
