2. Buyer returns signed contract with LETTER OF INTENT ADDRESSED TO NNPC COPIED PPMC THRUGH THE SELLER WITH BANK CAPABILITY LETTER/BANK COMFORT LETTER from the Buyer’s bank without disclaimer together with POF/LC and Letter of Authority to verify fund.
3. Upon confirmation of fund Seller gives Buyer Soft copy of allocation for verification.
4. Seller takes Buyer to sight hard copy of allocation documents and take soft copy from the bank to NNPC TOWER for confirmation of allocation.
5. Upon successful verification/confirmation of the allocation via the allocation details /soft copy with authority letter from allottee, Buyer blocks total funds for the allocation in Seller’s account and seller/seller'bank confirms
6.  Upon confirmation, Seller/NNPC rolls out allocation documents in buyer's name within 72 working hours and buyer confirms.   
 7.  Buyer UNBLOCKS funds for the total cost of the product and Pays for the Allocation-Premium, to seller and all Commissions in the contract.
