Kekkei genkai is different from kekkei tota. Genkai is inherited, tota is taught. Do your research well.
It is very much likely that Kakashi keeps doing the same moves because he has very little affinity for the nature transformations.

The Rinnegan and the Sharingan are related. I never said Kakashi was the only ninja with two chakra natures. But he is the one of the few people who can use up to four chakra natures. Besides he does the same water and earth move, ( water dragon and mud wall ). Sasuke was a genin, so he needed basic training to learn his chakra nature.
I don't know why Onoki hasn't taught Jinton to anyone, but unless you are implying he is related to Mu, then he was taught.

This thread is starting to sound like Naruto room on 2go. Like it or not, Obito's sharingan has something to do with Kakashi's multi-chakra natures. The Rinnegan gives the user the ability to use all five basic chakra natures. So Kakashi's sharingan must be an edge for him.
BTW, Shadow Imitation is a hiden jutsu not kekkei genkai. Jinton is kekkei tota which can be taught. Onoki learnt it from Mu.

I think a skilled shinobi can do maybe up to three different chakra nature moves. But four moves, that definitely requires extra like the sharingan. And besides like sum1 said, Kakashi repeats the same earth move.

Christ went to limbo where the souls of good people who had died were. because no soul or spirit could go to heaven till the Eucharist had been established. He took these souls to heaven. That is where he went when he died.
Also if spirits can't feel pain, how is satan feeling the pain of his torment or is he not a spirit?

Look at the story of lazarus, he died and was buried...when Jesus raised him up, he didn't mention anything like an after life...his life continued from where it stopped on earth.

You are only mentioning people raised from the dead. GOD could have prevented them as the time was not yet right for such things to be revealed.
