permit me to assist.
I had the same annoying problem for months with my Civic. My mechanic said it's fuel pump. I changed that but the problem persisted. He insisted that it's injector, and that I bought fake pump bla bla bla...
To cut the story short. After scanning, I got the code P1361 later P1362 joined. So, I decided to change the Camshaft Position censor after a thorough Internet research.
The guys at Ladipo refused to sell one sensor, they said that I have to buy the two ie the Camshaft Position Censor and the Top Dead Center censor (hope I'm right)
After changing the censors, the problem persisted but improved a little bit.
Somehow we figured out that the exhaust pipe is not through. I went to my panel beater who loosed the silencer and cleared some debris. That solved the problem. I hope this helps.
