Yes, but the customer service representative l chatted with told me they have made a provision for internal withdrawal and asked for my info of which I asked her if l will be safe. She said l am safe after which she converted it to BTC and made the withdrawal and that was the last l heard of her. She didn't respond to my messages again.

Roqqu organisation ( the entire staff and the creator of the system) needs to be arrested and jailed for at least 30 years imprisonment for public fraud. This afternoon one of the customer service representative has just scammed me of ₦17,793. 00 of which l sold my Tron to get the money. the Tron was transferred, converted to cash on the system and all of a sudden to send the money to my account l received an information that withdrawal has been disabled. Subsequently, l decided to chat with a customer service representative a woman for that matter who later scammed me of the money that's not even mine.

I have not yet lost hope o! But want whoever already have crypto-currencies or cash in the Roqqu account should go right now and withdraw your fund or cash. Else your your money and cryptos are all gone forever. Finally never do business with Roqqu again for life!!!

I have nothing much to say than to let the whole Nigeria know that Roqqu is now a very dangerous site to do business with. I have always found them reliable because of their prompt services until recently. It was after they did it to me l learnt by searching further how they have become very terrible in terms of cunning way of dealing with people's money.

They chose to change their mode of operations suddenly by misdemeanor. Two days now since l made my withdrawal of ₦3,445.00 only after selling my Tron crypto-currency, they are yet to credit my bank account up till this moment. Although this has never happened before o. So, I sent an email to their support, immediately I got a reply that they are going to reply me after 48 hours. Is that right of a good company?

I learnt also how they have barred and disconnected some people from having access to their accounts after making a withdrawal of ₦100,000, ₦300,000, ₦400,000.00 and above. This is a criminal act and a legal action must be taken fast against them!

In case you are having the intention of registering yourself with the Roqqu company or app, please hold on for a while. Or better still, don't risk your money!
Now, they have collected my BVN! How am l safe with this company? May God help and deliver us from this kind of a fake company o!

Roqqu later paid back my money after several chats with a customer service representative. She asked me to send my email and password for my login to Roqqu of which I did. After 18 hours l received an alert into my bank account. I am happy it is rectified now. So whoever has the same issue can try chat with a customer service representative on the messages app or watsapp. I believe your issue too will be solved.
