Vital feed is good but that's not the only reason why birds grow big the quantity and quality matters alot
If u given ur birds 50 to 1bag of vital grower in 4 days and am using 50 to 1bag of top finisher in 2 days my result with top will be by far better than ur vital so concentrate on quality and quantity of feed and not name
Okay. Thanks. One more question, can heat wave kill chickens? Ibadan is really hot right now, and my chickens are always gasping for water as the heat wave is terrible. Do you think it can kill them? I am looking for what to put on the roof to make their cage cooler.

Let's see the broilers anyway..
How are you doing...how are your birds. Do you know about Vital Feed? I heard a lady talking about it where I went to buy feed yesterday. She said it makes birds grow really fast. Please, anyone else reading this comment that knows about Vital feed can leave a comment. Thanks.

Experienced same, didn't want any wahala, killed them all cos they're at 12 weeks plus, was susprised people bought dem wella at about 3k each, 43 in nunber,. Kept the remaining 48 that are about 8 weeks for christmas jolly.

But oga noel wat could be d cause of this kinda poo so i can learn from my mistakes if possible.
You said you killed them...then you said you sold them. I want to understand. Did you sell them alive for 3k each? Or you killed them, and sold them after dressing them?

Please Kayo80, I couldnt go through all the chapters.. So far I know that Dapo is nt so well to do, contrasted by Lola's wealthy background.. Kindly write a short prologue so I can follow up.,

Waiting patiently... And nice story.
Okay. I will make it very short so I don't spoil the fun for others.

Dapo and Lola are newly married. Dapo is an entrepreneur looking for his big break. The break came, but it came intertwined with someone from his past. While all this is going on, he also develops an innocent relationship with a younger girl he met at the mall. And...Okay, let me stop here. I think you have an idea why the story is called In The World of Three Women now.

I just went to buy chicken feed now and I took two of my Noilers along cos they have a weighing stuff at the place I buy the feed. One weighed 1.3kg, and the other weighed 1.4kg. With proper feeding, they should weigh between 2.5-3kg in 5 weeks time.

That's what I thought too, so I went to spend a week in Lagos last month, and I still stand on my word- life is just as expensive here like it is in Lagos. Tell me one thing that is cheap in Ibadan compared to Lagos?

PropertiesLiving In Ibadan Is Just As Expensive As Living In Lagos by kayo80(op): 10:37am On Nov 19, 2016
After many years of hearing how life in Ibadan was cheap, I moved to Ibadan in June of this year. What I have observed is that, living in Ibadan is just as expensive as living in Lagos.

Food here is just as expensive, and even the things that are a bit cheaper don't add up when you think of the things like electronics and house equipment that are more expensive here than in Lagos.

When I was moving here, I priced a particular mattress at Mouka Foam in Lagos for N12,500. In Ibadan, it was N14,000. I thought food would be cheap here, but you go to bukas, and the food they sell is just as expensive as the ones sold in Lagos, and what is worse is, they have very poor customer service. Also, all the carpenters/plumbers want to reap you off...they always want to make the most from you, maybe cos thy don't get as much patronage.

I just bought a bottle of palm oil for N700 this morning. I had to call up my sister to ask her how much she buys hers in Lagos, and she said N500. I thought things were really cheap here, but I guessed wrong. I asked the real estate guy why things were expensive in Ibadan, and he said there has been a large influx of Lagosians to the city in the last 5 years. I believe him, cos when I check car plate numbers, like 5 out of 10 are Lagos plate numbers.

I won't say I regret moving here though, cos I love the fact that there is rarely traffic here. That's the one good thing I like about this place.

You will most definitely get people interested. When they are 4 weeks just take their pictures and start another thread on Nairaland Agric section advertising them.

It depends on which state yu are in. But I believe you should be able to get people who need four weeks old Broilers if you advertise on Nairaland. I love birds at this stage. I wish you all the best.

You got Tinder, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Xvideos, Badoo, Snapchat, Nairaland, Linda Ikeji's Blog, Naij.com, Pulse.com, Instagram, BBM, Whatsapp, etc. People have too many distractions, and would rather spend the least amount of time reading a story on a blog. Attention lifespan of most people around the world is getting shorter and shorter everyday.

AgricultureForty 10 Weeks Old Noilers For Sale In Ibadan by kayo80(op):
I have 40 ten weeks old Noilers for sale in Ibadan. I have a total of 90, but want to sell off 40 so that I can concentrate on the remaining 50. Noilers reach maturity between 12-16 weeks. So, you have just 6 weeks or less to feed them and sell them off by Christmas. They are going for a very considerable rate of N800. You just have to budget money for 4 bags of Finisher Feed between now and Christmas, and you will make a reasonable return on the mature chickens when you sell during Christmas.

In the 40, there are 23 female Noilers and 17 male Noilers. The females reach an average weight of 2.5 kg at maturity, and lay one egg in two days. The male reach an average of 3.5kg at maturity and are usually very tall.

EMMAACHILE:
It's dangerous because of Newcastle. It's deadly and noilers are not immune to it. The season of ncd is now when the weather is dry.

If you want to go organic, grind some aloe Vera into their water to help boost their immune system to wade off ncd. Research shows aloe Vera is used in place of lasota/anticocci/antibiotic in traditional home settings or those who want to go organic.
I'll take the risk. I'm not giving these chickens any more drugs till I sell them off...except Vitamins. Thanks for the concern.

If a white man calls you a black monkey I am sure you'll scream racism. Yet here you are discriminating ur fellow black man and country men...

Tribalism is Racism.
Africans naturally have black skin color...there is nothing that can be done about that. But this certain tribe keeps giving people reason to speak bad against them, over and over, every freaking week, they are in the news for drug related cases abroad. It is a choice they make...you can't compare that to the color of a person's skin and what some racist white people say about that.
