Around the House:
1. Temporarily block the sun from streaming in windows.
2. Spread sheets of newspapers out and make clothing patterns
3. Dampen and spread over window glass to protect it when you paint.
4. Line and protect closet shelves and drawer bottoms
5. Place folded newspapers on the floor as a mat for wet shoes or muddy boots.
6. Make fire logs out of old newspapers. Roll sheets of newspapers up tightly in the shape of a log. Tie them tight with string and use them in your fireplace or on a camp fire.
7. Do you still have some old 45 or other type of vinyl records? Store them safely by placing old newspapers in between each one.
8. Ball up half sheets and let Kitty play with them. Cats love the crinkling noise.

This was a quote from Peter when the first received the Holy Spirit and he preached to the people who were baffled hearing their different languages from the apostles and people in the upper room.It is plain statement that he referred to David and said that he was dead and buried.He added that David after his death had never ascended to heaven.Simply,that David is not yet in heaven.

And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven."

Here is Jesus saying to Nicodemus that there has never been anyone who has ascended or gone to heaven except the son of man,that is Christ who will soon ascend to heaven after his resurrection.

How about Jesus words about he preparing a mansion for us?

Go to John 14:1 to really grasp the meaning of that statement.

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

4And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know."

In the very first verse,Jesus talks about a many mansions in His father's house. What is His Father's house?

The reference to father's house is when Jesus was sending out of the temple the money changer and their flocks that were sold in the temple.He said that his father's house is a house of prayer not a den of thieves or robbers.The father's house refers to the temple in Jerusalem.

From this passage,we can see that Jeremiah was given instruction by the Lord to test the sons of Rechabites and use them as lesson to the house of Judah.They were taken to the temple;the house of God and specifically to the chamber of Hanan,his chamber being by the chamber of the princes.What is the chamber in the temple?

The chamber is the place or abode of priests that ministers in the temple.They are place where they go to change their clothes or other things while ministering at the temple.These chambers were given according to positions the priest occupy.That is the mansion Jesus was alluding to.He is talking about place of responsibility that will be given to those that will be where He will be at His return.

Where will Christ be at His return?

I Thessalonian 4: gives us the hint.It tells us that the dead in Christ who are resurrected and those alive that were raptured will meet Christ in the air and so they will ever be with the Lord.Note that we are to meet Christ in the air not heaven.It is the atmosphere that we will go to meet Christ.After which Christ will lead us to:Zechariah 14:3-4

"Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south".

Just after the rapture and the dead in Christ being raised to immortality,then Christ will go straight to Jerusalem,to mount of Olives and day on that Mountain.That is where we will follow Christ to.Then he will deal with the armies of antichrist and then set up His kingdom at the temple in Jerusalem.That is why Jerusalem and Israel is so important in the plan and programme of God for the whole world.

For those who believed in being in heaven after death,i want you think about this.If we all the dead saints are already in heaven and we are taken to heaven after death.Why would Christ come to earth to raised the dead and rapture us all over again? Does it sounds plausible?If we are co-heir with Christ Jesus,does that not tell us that the place Christ will inherit is the earth not heaven. He was of heaven already.Why will Christ inheritance be heaven?

Does the bible not say that the meek shall inherit the earth. And that the kingdom of God is Christ government on this earth?
