Good morning every1 pls I need to knw if a 3.8/5 cgpa is too low to apply for a masters in elect/computer engineering in university of manitoba and if itz not too late to apply for September admission at this time.

i will suggest that anybody caught trying to rig the election should be killed immediately. This is because this are people that will want to want to rig also when they have the tendency of being in power and moreover those that do not have the love of this country in their heart and still want it to go worse then it was b4 are not fit to live.
