Frankly your Qsat q11g is now automatically qsat q23g
So in case a new software comes up is qsat q23g software that will work with it.

@davodyguy, I bought Qsat 11g decoder thru someone @ alaba market. Though it is Q11g case but d engine might be changed. Unfortunately, it displays Q23g on screen. He is claiming it is software issue. Have I been cheated? Kindly assist me of what to do pls. Thanks

@arosey, can u asure me Qsat 28g will be working well if bought now. because my friend' Qsat 28g is not working on all network wt an active account. I'm waiting for your explanation

Service not available is a temporary lost of signal , I hope your Qsat is working as of today? There are some free to Air channels that goes off line in eutelsat 7w when the station comes back you will be able to view those channels again.

Good day to u all. My Qsat 28g displays 'SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE' for 30mins even before showing free to air channels. But I used Glo sim card last week, it was connected after 20mins and show dst* channels for 2 days. Now, it displays 'SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE' for hrs even wt mtn and glo sim cards. I can't even watch any free to air channels now. My account will expire on February 28. Kindly assist me pls

@hugman, some channels like (yoruba, AMC e.t.c) are not showing at all while those showing are not stable. Is it general? (for that yoruba channel). I'm using Q-sat 28g

@hugman, thanks for your response d other time. I was told, it is possible to use Q-sat 28g tracking startim* tv, GO tv with dst* altogether. Kindly explain your view abt it. Thank u very much

Bros when you switch off and on the qsat it either display connection successful or connection fail so which one did your qsat display

@hugman, it neither displays connection successful nor failure but mainly scramble. I go to ethernet configuration and press link, which may get connected sometimes. How can I get connected always without tampering decoder setting anymore? Thanks in anticipation of your prompt response
