In other news, I received a notification of admission into M.Sc Electrical Engineering from University of Rostock today. I am still waiting for the main one from University of Siegen( M.SC Mechatronics) comes the last week in June.Mechatronics rocks.Anyone with me on Unisiegen ( M.Sc Mechatronics) ? Many shout out to kelvinPam, the main man in Siegen.

@Jbadmus, seems we are sailing through same application. I applied to Rostock as well but sent my documents 10th of may but this people sef have not mailed to acknowledge receipt of my parcel.

did they mail you when they got your your documents?

Hmmmm... they will still get back to you. I sent my pre-check documents to them on the 8th of February,2016 and got a feedback from them on the 16th of April,2016. I was informed to provide a proof of English Language skill which was never part of the initial requirements. Seeing this , I replied them that it was clearly stated on the application page of M.SC(Embedded System for Mechatronics) that an applicant whose bachelors programme was completed in English Language need not provide such a proof.The programme coordinator made me to understand, from his reply, that the particular statement I quoted was no longer valid. My application was turned down on this premise.So, chill, they will still send you a mail but be ready to supply information about your English language skill.

This is serious, will take my mind off it then at the moment. I have english proficiency certificate if they need it.

Please is there anyone here that applied for M.Sc. study in Embedded System for Mechatronics in Dortmund University of Applied Science and Art? .

Am just curious as their pre-check is taking forever (over one month). want to know if am not the only one facing this.

If they've received it and yet to notify you, then, we can see the problem with some institutions on not notifying candidates when receive their docs or they notify after some days/weeks. This is usually a bad experience for those that use Nipost since they can't track their packages. I'm sure you would have been blaming Nipost in this scenario.

The best thing, I think, is to email them eventhough some, eg schools, take forever to reply.

Thats it ooo. it takes them forever to reply. even Rostock University that i sent my docs to is yet to reply as well. have sent like two mails now and they've not replied any of them.

Please there is something I don't understand and would appreciated if i can get it right here.

Firstly, I sent my application to Uni-assist last week through TNT and confirmed it was delivered on Friday 13/5/2016 with the tracking number given to me but Uni-assist has not gotten back to me on the receipt of the document.

Please anyone here that had encountered this problem before? how long does it take uni-assist to confirm receipt of your document.

Secondly, i have paid the charged fee and the payment status already changed to YES but the application status has not changed. Please when does the STATUS change from PROCESSING NOT YET STARTED to something else?
