Health / Re: Asthmatic: What Are The Consequences by kazz: 11:15am On Aug 14, 2008
U have to be willinng to help your partner out coz they are days when they are going to be ill and need you to help. avoid carpets in the house and try to air your matress regularly
it would help if you could get a humidifier for your partner and also learn what u can do to help them if they have an attack. I believe they can grow out of it becoz when i fell pregnant i stopped getting attacks and my baby is almost 2 now and i havent heard one. but it can also get worse with preganancy.
make sure they dont take anything with aspirin and watch out for some preservatives in stuff like fruit juices.

if in doubt, just google it,
support your partner
Health / Re: Cure To Pimples by kazz: 12:12pm On Aug 06, 2008
my dear if u wash your face too much it becomes dry and when that happens your skin actually produces more oil to make up for the dryness so at the end of the day u become more oily and can get more pimples.
this is what worked for me
washing morning and night with Ponds facial wash for oily skin (the one in white and pink tube). I would apply the wash then leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing
U can then moisutrise with anything that contains salicylate (salicylic acid) or triclosan e.g lo'real pure zone anti regreasing moisturiser

good luck
Fashion/Clothing Market / Re: Prices Of Clothes In Nigeria by kazz: 9:54am On Jul 17, 2008
fellybabe, thanks a lot for that. will look out for those shops altho i must say I have been to alade (mostly the front end along Allen ave) and have yet to spot top shop,

Chi*babe, totally agree with you. I have also noted wrangler is the only shop at the malls that has affordable items. got me wondering if there shoprite and game, why not edgars, truworths, woolworths to give these other boutique guys some competition. I bet you prices will go down.
