Maybe you are uploading the wrong format file for that section,open it with google chrome for pc or system,upload in jpg format,in such cases i use camscanner,crop them,send dem all to my pc and i upload.
Solution is go bacm to your first account,open it on a pc,go to ny orders,chk if you hav an appeal,if yes do the needful,if no,speak tk a cc tru d mobile app,explain ur predicament,dey wud tell u wot to do
