Please I revalidated since the 6th but I came to my dashboard only to see this ...is it an error or was there a problem with my revalidation....And please will like to know for those who revalidated did you fill this form?

Please this is all am getting ...is there anything I could or should I go to there office...Or is it because I am using mobile phone
And also will like to know if everybody that revalidated filled this part

Please I just logged on to my nysc page I saw the option for state to deploy ....And this option wasn't there when I revalidated ...No this show no available state for deployment
