Yes it happened to me on a Friday evening I had no money on me and there are people working for me that I suppose to pay, I was hoping that after work I will go straight to ATM to withdraw some cash since I could not go to bank during the day, when I got there after slotting my card it got ceased, the security guys there asked me to come on Wednesday because Monday and Tuesday will be public holidays meanwhile those daily pay workers no go hear say money no dey o
