if selected... u go for a month training in class(lunch and salary inclusive)... after the training exams , u ll be posted to various branches in wch the first 6 months is on probation. u ll be given certain target to meet every month for that period before u can be confirmed.... for the pay, its 1.01m/pa on ur contract but u ll be paid 44k for the probation period... also d work no be for here ooo cos u gonna loose weight... just v to be factual with u... datz all i can share for now...
