From what i see there does it mean a low/middle class man who has a land in a neigborhood where 3brm flats re rented for 350k-400k a year cant get a loan to build blocks of flats on his land to payback with the rents without going tru upfront payments b4 loan and bank long protocols?

Can your company help an individual develope his land and collect back their money over a period of time through rents?

it depends if thats what u want to build bt it can take 3brm duplex. I understand and u rilly tried bt ur 1m is too low, if u can add 500k =1.5m come get it den bt just 1m is nt enough bt thank
