No, I didnt. I like to apply knowledge of German in my translation from English to German and not blindly depending of Google translate entirely to do the job.

I called Embassy this morning (01 280 9966), the operator advised i use my Surname and Application no has the subject and resend the mail.

I have seen people here who had a quick response from the embassy by writing them in German. I'd suggest you try that and hopefully it will come out well. Download the language translator app, write in English and use the app to translate it to German, then send the mail to lago@diplo.de.addressing it to the consular general. Give verifiable facts and evidences such as correspondence from the alien office, your enquiry mail to the embassy as regards the issue. I'm positive it will be a good move.

I have enrolled already. Submitted enrollment confirmation letter on the day of my interview.

But I am to appear latest on Oct 30 to complete my registration. My program commences Oct 1.

By looking up on Google, the contact info of the allien office of the city where my school resides.

In my case it was: asylrecht@lra-deg.bayern.de

I have contacted Alien office. It was a favorable response, Visa has been approved from their end. I should wait for Embassy to contact me, final decision lies with them!

Hi!

Your only option is to book an appointment and hope to get another appointment! You would not be able to attend the interview with the previous appointment that has been obliviously cancelled!

Hello guyz,

I have an issue that needs urgent help. For some reasons I don't know my appointment booking was cancelled either mistakenly by someone (the person that helped book it) or by the system (I can't really tell). I still have the application booking mail which was scheduled for October 15th 7.30am, then I got a cancellation mail yesterday which I don't understand how.

I'm still trying to book another appointment but my question is can I still take this appointment letter to the embassy on that day? For the guys that have done their interviews, do you think this will be an issue as my slot would still be open? I know the security guys at the gate just want to see the application print out. How else can I confirm an application booking?

Aside,

falsification of document,

lack of funds (No Blocked Account Funding,

sponsorship letter or proof of scholarship),

inability to meet up with enrollment deadline,

purpose of visit (what you are going to study and what you are studied or current occupation does not correlate)

Poor academic performance (if VO thinks you won't be able to cope from your transcript) for example, from your transcript and weac result, you performed poorly in Economics. Now you want to do MSc in Economics (forgive my poor analogy, but you get my drift).

Those are the reasons I can think of. Please guys, add more reasons for rejection. And how it was resolved/appealed.

Aren't you curious to read whatever document given to you before signing.

The only corrective measure I can think of is to mail them your blocked account confirmation.

FAQQ:
I greet you all my noble people.Please, I need urgent help on an issue relating to what happened during my interview. I attended the interview with a funded block account but the VO still gave me a form to sign.I signed it, I didn’t know the form was block account funding agreement.It was later someone told me the form is meant for those that are yet to fund the block account. I believe the VO made a mistake.I had my interview July 19. Please, what correction measure would you recommend. Thank you

Omo... et's wait for those that went thru that particular VO giving them paper to write to give their testimony, because I have no concrete answer to your question.

While I was waiting for my turn to be interviewed. Because you can see and overhear some of the conversations going on if the candidate speaking thru the phone talks very loudly. I was envying those that I saw writing, cause I was very tensed at the time.

My Interview was also today. I was sadden when i didn't see Paulinus, cause my documents complete die. This Cool guy was over cool. He will just ask you hope all your documents are complete and you arranged them properly. The VO that attended to my was on the Left (Fine young girl), The VO in dreads giving people paper to write was on the right; I don't know if it was test or Interview questions. I never got the chance to ask.

My Transcript:
Bsc or Msc
Do you have a degree already. What degree?
What is the name of your school you attained your first degree?
Where is the school located?
What year did you graduate?
Why do you want to study in Germany?
What course are you going for?
Why the course?
What is your CGPA? (after saying my cgpa)
What grade is that (whether its 1st class or 2nd class)
How did you find about your school?
How did you apply?
Why another Bsc?
Why not continue your education in Nigeria?
Tell me what you know about German?
What are your plans after graduation?
What plans have you made towards your preparation?

Thank you, that will be all. We will get back to you.

My advice to those yet to take the interview especially those that have left school a long time ago. Questions remember every detail about your school you graduated from such as CGPA, Year you graduate etc. I feel this questions are a test to ascertain your seriousness as a student.

Went for my interview today. Paulinus wasn'ton seat and the other man was so cool.
Got to the embassy around past 5, I was number 5 on the queue. We were ushered in around past 7. A Lady VO interviewed me, though her questions were much but I was well prepared and I answered al well by the Grace of God.
My Transcript:

Which course?
Which school?
Why this course?
Why Germany?
Why not Nigeria?
Did you consider other country?
When did you graduate?
Your CGPA?
What have you been doing after graduation?
How much is your salary?
What do you know about Germany?
Have you been to German?

What is the project about?
What was your findings?
How did you collect your data?
What will you do after you finish your program?

Some people wrote test today, the VO with dreadlocks gave them test.
