While the child urinates at daytime ask him to stop urination for a moment and pass the urine for some moment and then stop it again.By doing this again and again,his bladder and muscle which control urination will get in tone.Do it for at least 2 months. |

Beans with fried plantain.rice and beans.Have anyone tried pounded yam with mushroom soup...hmmm so yummy. |
