When we warned you people, you all were so blind to nmandi kanu foolishness and see the result now. The core north also supported bokoharam just because they wanted Jonathan out and today, they are at the recieving end. Benjamin kalu is crazy to think other Southern region will support the madness. Abaribe the known ipob apologist was quickly shut down in the Senate when he mentioned it. You all must face the music. Ekpa when caught by Finland government quickly deny Biafra movement and said he was just a content creator. |

Please tell me which of the insecurity issues in South East have Peter Obi responded to?
How many insecurity issues has he reacted to outside South East?
Start practicing what you are preaching and stop being a hypocrite Am never surprised of igbos and obi in particular cos during 2023 electioneering, he talk so much about taking Nigeria from consumption to production and till date, he remains the biggest importer. Over the years he had made a lot of money, why did he not partner with some owners of product he imported to the country. His people without no reasons , just bought into it and take it like a wildfire. Very unstable tribe. Obi is a known tribalist and he will never lead this country. |

A guy rightly said, they will have to form thier own INEC so that they can allow labour party member to be voted on as ADC candidate. |

Psalmspsalms: I base here in bonny and this is a highly welcomed development. Bonny island is a small local government in rivers state that is surrounded by water. Crossing over to port Harcourt which is about 1hr journey using speedboat cost #12,000 for just a single person, house rent and the prices of both foodstuffs and electronics here are also things that are entirely unfair. I strongly believe this bridge would make living a bit bearable to some of us. But definitely, I know so many people are fighting for it not to be completed because businesses would be lost. Especially for the boat owners. This are the kind of road Jonathan should have fixed. How can in a twenty first century, some of our Niger delta brothers, still paddle canoe or uses speed boat to thier places when the land is blessed with huge oil and gas. God bless late president buhari for the vision and starting it. There are several places too in bayelsea. Jonathan really failed us.Three refineries out of four are domicile in south south, warri port and others, east west road and delta steel company (DSC) in aladja we're all comatose under his tenure. Five years is enough to fix all those I mentioned but foolishness wouldn't allow him to think upright. He just wasted our glorious chance to be economically liberated in Niger delta. |

You people keep making noise over 25 Nigerians were given refinery licences since Obasanjo time but none could muster the courage to build one because they were making a lot of money through subsidy. Arthur Eze and co couldn't build a refinery but prefer to build hotel at Enugu airport. They cheated the country for so long but God has intervened. |

Nnpc retail outlet owned by federal government are all over the country but not enough to cater for Nigeria, is what birthed private owners who are mostly greedy. Government failed to have working refineries and enough outlets. Oando is a major oil company with retail outlet. The only problem they have was refining abroad over the years.and they may even own a refinery over there. |
Politics › Re: We Are Not Against Dangote Refinery - Oil Marketers by kedeojo(m): 2:37pm On Aug 01, 2025 |
1mansolder: It is very wrong for dangote to produce the product and at the same time sell to end users. The game is that independent marketers are supposed to load directly from dangote refinery to their various stations instead of dangote delivery it directly. If dangote is allowed to own refinery and at the same time operate filling station. It will kill other people business. When the marketers are exploting Nigerians then Dangote is welcome to deliver directly to the Petro station owners. Let them come together and build a refinery. They were killing the country with their greed and didn't pity the masses but want to be crying when Dangote is solving what they ought to do before. Let them look at other sector to invest their I'll gotten wealth if the oil sector is out of their reach. |

If u mean a younger candidate then it should b around 40-50 don't mind them. I hope if Atiku step down and support Ameachi, they too will also support him cos he was even a far better governor. The north can easily support Ameachi than Obi cos he is too tribalistic. |

Politics › Re: Obi/atiku Ticket Will Flush Tinubu Out Of Aso Rock by kedeojo(m): 9:22pm On Jul 31, 2025 |
Justnation: There has been growing debate among PETER OBI lovers and ardent supporters especially the great OBIDIENTS on the suitability of a PETER OBI joint ticket with Atiku Abubakar.
I sincerely believe that an OBI/ Atiku joint ticket will certainly defeat tinubu in 2027. That is the major reason that the tinubu camp is doing everything possible to frustrate that combo.
The recent offer by tinubu controlled PDP to offer OBI their useless ticket is an effort to guarantee tinubu's victory.
PETER OBI must never have anything to do with PDP or LP tickets, they will frustrate him and openly work against him during the elections.
Remember how the then PDP chairman was openly working against Jonathan, never serious with the campaigns and tactically supporting buhari.
I want PETER OBI to enter into a strong and binding agreement with Atiku Abubakar, who I believe will be content with a single term presidency and later handover to PETER OBI.
The wonderful OBIDIENTS family which I belong to should think more about this because if the votes are fractionalize and tinubu wins in 2027 he will certainly manipulate the election in 2031 and install his puppet.
Let us forget about the lamba called "southern turn" tinubu and co didn't remember this southern story when they worked against Jonathan in 2015.
Some of the south south politicians are naive and lack regional consciousness. They are betraying their people for Peanuts.
ATIKU OBI is the game changer, tinubu and APC are so much afraid of this winning combo.
Please let us make it to happen,
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ATIKU/ OBI JOINT TICKET Some of you just talk foolishly. Atiku constitutionally can't run as vice president again and he is bigger than obi who attain governorship. |

This is why we need Peter Obi to come and put the lunatics back in the cage and bring sanity to this country.
In the new Nigeria that is coming, charlatans like Okpebholo will stop amounting to anything.
So, let them enjoy the madness while it lasts. Tribal and religious bigot will never become president of Nigeria but maybe he can be Biafra president in future. Obi was not even a great governor during his time. You can't compare him to the likes of Umahi and Chime from south east. |

phantomxx: .....and Atiku or any other Northerner takes the ticket of the ADC, he is getting my vote! I kid you not!
Suddenly, Tinubu and his agbado minions are subtly pushing "southern unity" propaganda all over the place.
Let's get something clear...Southern Unity is an illusion...a mirage!!
If Southern Unity was not considered in ousting an "incompetent" GEJ in 2015, why should we the SS and SE consider it in removing another incompetent southerner who coincidentally was part of those who removed a southerner in 2015?
We are not fools! If Peter Obi doesn't get a ticket anywhere, Atiku or any other Northerner will get our votes.
It's high time we helped the others damage this country by playing toxic politics.
Peter Obi himself has been told to either support the coalition or go and rest.
We Igbos have made up our mind to play politics like it's supposed to be played in the Nigerian way----alignment with strange bedfellows!!
If Amaechi, El Rufai, Aregbesola and others can be described as useless men out to grab power by the same APC they helped put in power then this government deserves the same treatment.
Many of the yoruba have shown us gross wickedness since Tinubu became president.
Changing Bustop names, threatening us just because Peter Obi dared beat Tinubu in Lagos, treatment even the Northerners have not dared show us..
The North will get our votes if they scheme the Igbo out in 2027.
Enough is Enough!! Emeka why can't you all can talk without adding our south south. Which kind attachee by force is this na. Tinubu will win south south with high margin. |

Dogalmighty17: You know, the friendship between Dangote and Otedola is very interesting. Otedola made his money from being a sole distributor of diesel at some point. Dangote, through his refinery, wants to make importation of all crude oil derivatives a thing of the past. This puts a major dent in his friends business. I really don't know if Forte oil has oil wells. Whatever it is, Femi really isn't sweating obviously.
He is chairman of Geregu Power Plc and holds substantial stakes in FBN holdings and Zenith bank. Dude is worth 1.5 billion dollars. He has long sold his shares in Forte oil and relies primarily on passive income his investment holdings bring him.
Otedola started business from the age of six and has been in the energy business since 1993. he has sold it and duel in other businesses like power generation too. For him to keep supporting Dangote, that means he was briefed and he really cashout that time. I have forgotten how much he made then. He used to be the owner of Africa petroleum (AP) national wide |
