I think its very unfair if you compare the average African woman to her Western counterpart in bed. You have to put factors like cultural training into consideration. African women are traditionally meant to be receptive during sex, discouraged from exploring and almost a taboo to suggest and/or engage in other forms of sex considered "slutty for a homely woman". so how about you cut 'em some slack?
