You use a umi watch so I understand your bias.

First of all do the 2 batteries use the same technology? So what makes you think it's by battery size? Even a noob knows that an amoled screen has better battery backup compared to IPS panel.

Who told you mi band users charge theirs more than once a month?

Are those the only points you quoted up there?

Am not ready for any futile back & forth, baseless arguement for your info. But when next time you put up a comparison between 2 or more devices, try to be as objective as possible.

Cheers
I charge once because I feel like not because I have had low battery. It has never ran out of battery juice on me.

Neither have you been able to point out the technology it uses.

Also, who is talking about objectivity here, when you didn't read to the end and see my verdict. Moreover, I left it inconclusive. I only showed where one edges over the other.

If you are coming from Mi band 3, get Mi band 4. The music control with increase and decrease volume option is a cool feature for me. But if it's your first time of wanting to try a fitness band with normal watch like body, trying Uwatch 2 won't be bad, bigger display on a round dial and premium touch and full metal unibody

End of discussion... Everybody hold your POV.

You missed these pros of the Mi band 4
-Longer lasting battery
-customisability
-It is NOT attire selective because you can swap the bands to any of the readily available & low cost 3rd party bands including metal, TPU, multicoloured variants
-It has NFC variant if that's your cup of tea

I stopped reading when you said the umi watch got better battery than the mi band 4

Oh, you think it's about the battery size right? Sorry to burst your bubble. The mi band is noted to have the best battery to performance ratio when it comes to smart bands.
1. Why not read to the end? I have not modified anything I have written.
2. Uwatch is customisable too.
3. What is the comparison here if you have to p.i.m.p it to match to any attire?
4. 135 versus 180mAh... Lol. I presently use Uwatch and I usually charge once in a month. Tell me the chipset mi band uses so we can compare in details with the Nordic chipset used by Uwatch. Moreover, Nordic chipset is not bad and the extra 45mAh(180-135) it has, gives it an edge over mi band 4

The Mi band 4 versus Uwatch 2

Mi band 4
General Features
> 0.95 Inch Colour Amoled display
> 120*240 resolution
> Full touch screen
> 50m water depth (5ATM)
> 135mAh LiPo battery
> 6 Sports modes
> Sedentary reminder
> 24hrs heart monitoring
> Remote photography
> Pedometer
> Sleep monitor
> Lift to wake up function

Pro
> Bluetooth 5.0 BLE improves connection range and faster and stable communication with device
> 6 axis sensors (3 axis accelerometer and 3 axis gyroscope) for improved step counter and sleep tracking)
> Many watch faces -77*
> Decline calls feature on it and lock screen features
> Control music features with increase and decrease volume options

Con
> Strap - polycarbonate. Look so cheap
> No inbuilt GPS sensor
> Charging design. Have to remove band to charge. Strap overtime can slack
> Poor view under direct sunlight
> Small display screen size

Uwatch 2
General Features
> 1.33 Inch IPS display
> 240*240 resolution
> Full touch screen
> IP67 water proof
> 180mAh lithium battery
> Nordic-Nrf52832 chipset
> 7 Sports modes
> Sedentary reminder
> 24hrs heart monitoring
> Remote photography
> Pedometer
> Sleep monitor
> Lift to wake up function

Pro
> 43.8mm Dial full metal unibody
> High precision stainless steel strap - Looks premium
> Easy to charge
> Free sport watch band inside box
> Larger screen display size
>Decline calls feature on it

Con
> Bluetooth 4.0
> 7 watch faces/Limited
> Poor view under direct sunlight
>No inbuilt GPS sensor*

Comparison
1. Fitness function+Normal watch face Look for all occasions/dress- Uwatch 2>>>Mi band 4

2. Premium look- Uwatch 2>>>Mi band 4

3. Connectivity range and stability- Mi band 4>>>Uwatch 2

4. Preset watch face- Mi band 4>>>Uwatch 2

5. Battery- Uwatch 2>>>Mi band 4

6. Music control- Mi band 4>>>Uwatch 2*

7. Prize-

Note:
* = Contestable/debatable
Motion sensor and chipset were not compared because there are missing information about numbers of sensors used by Umidigi and chipset used by Xiaomi (suspecting Huanghan No 1(MHS001)).
If the NFC variant is thrown into this contest, Mi band 4 wins but will lose in the Price category.

I currently own a/an Uwatch, will I move to Uwatch 2? Nope(Reason: same chipset, same battery capacity and same screen size. Just full screen touch option and more preset watch faces added). Will I move from Uwatch to mi band 4? Hell No (Reason: Small screen size, lack premium touch and it's attire selective).

This is brutal, 3hr 40mins.
I read in here yesterday of similar complain by a note 5 user who was having a prolonged charge rate

Now am suspecting either your cords or your chat her or both. I have a Redmi note 5 follow come charger that charges slowly now, it just started behaving that way all of a sudden.
If you suggest so. I will get a new 5V/2A head soon.
Phones / Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by kekilika: 4:18pm On Jun 19, 2019
Thanks Gptech and Fibonacci2526... I did as suggested. I installed the developer ROM, thereafter let my battery run to 0%, So I can observe the charge rate. From
9:42am to 1:38pm, I got 56%. i.e. 3 hours 40 minutes. A significant increase from the former ROM. Hoping further updates will bring a solution to this.

I don't understand what you people mean downfall of Google? Fine, some people will port while others will be nostalgic to move. There always will be a fan base that will prefer a particular OS. Worst that can happen to Android is to be like IOS is to iPhone, pixel phone will be the only phone using it. Will it not sell?
Let's change the narrative that Android will die? Die and go where?

MIUI 10.3.1.0 messed up my redmi 4x big time. It takes my phone almost 8 hours to charge to 100%. I don't know when the next update will come to fix this?

When I noticed this, I thought it was my cable, had to get a new one. When no change, had to use another 5V/2A charger. Even had to delete recently installed apps. Upon realization that it was after the update, this started occuring, I had to factory reset the phone.

Still no headway... I weak.
The battery SOT is good when charged. Me I am not too good in flashing ROM things, na there my own take bad

Just two notable functioning Mobile OS - iOS (exclusive to Apple) and Android OS owned by Google Inc... Under which controls are they? USA. Blackberry OS, Window Mobile, Palm OS are dead or hibernated for now
Now what happens if they restrict their use(Android)? Whoever is affected will build his own platform and will takes years to get builders to build applications on it... Maybe 5 to 10 years. The next question will be will the other platforms wait for you to do catch up? US got Hauwei in a corner.

Let's talk other components of a phone
Protection- Corning Gorilla Glass - From US
Sound - Dolby - From US
Storage - Micron, Seagate Technology, Western Digital - From US
Modules/LTE Support - Skyworks solution, Qorvo - From US
CPU/GPU - ARM Holding Semi conductor - UK (Apple Inc has a share in it)

Other notable mentions include Qualcomm, Broadcom, Xilinx, Texas Instruments, Intel, On semiconductor, Neophotonics, Marvell Technology, etc
It possible Hauwei can get alternatives like dragontrail glass for instance, use their own HiSilicon Kirin but then, it is still tied to US technology.
US is winning with this and nothing can hurt them yet as most of us are postulating. Huawei will take years to be independent of all components it needs and the tech industry will be light years ahead for them to catch up.

Lately, Huawei has been one of the company putting Samsung on their toes for innovation in the Mobile sector.

Summary of the matter-of-fact We need another competitive OS not controlled/owned by US
