lagos no get that digital affidavit .. go abj collect the digital affidavit with barcode. Nd it's easy to do in abj with minimum stress.. bt if e gt high offering the digital affidavit then it's better for u.. though I didn't see anyone..

The declarant signature is not need in your Attestation of birth, use the age declaration you gotten from court to approach NPC.
The collect the declarant signature and other information, that what you need to do the age declaration in court
The one from maitama high court in Abuja is highly recommended and widely accepted by all the embassy, because it can be scanned and variable, so they have same in Lagos too, you can go for that type, not the manual one.

affidavit of birth and npc attestation of birth must not be done the same day for the document to be eligble for submission. It is not a requirement, it can be done different days, all you need to do is to make sure that the signature your mum sign, in the affidavit she would be able to replicate it when the law shows up.

Please can I go do the Age declaration myself at the high court and bring to my declarant to sign?(not a must the declarant must be the one to go do it right?)

Also the attestation of birth can be done in NPC Lagos right? Is this after the declarant signs on the age declaration form? Will it be needed at NPC?

Due to issues relating to employment, experience, and finance, I couldn't get a work in the line of what I studied, so I decided to work as a teacher for sometimes before starting my own business, tho my line of business is the end products of my course of study, but I am just a seller/dealer and not a manufacturer or producer.

Now, I want to continue my education after about 7 years break and not working in line with my course of study, and someone said I need to practice or work in my BSC.

My question is, what is my chance of getting admission since it will reflect on my CV when I'm applying for my MSc..

Your question is not really clear. You no kuku add your course of study in all you said to make things clear. Anyway you have a good cgpa that might get you scholarship gan in US(depending on your course) Work Experience is work experience whether in your line of study or not.

What is your BSC course of study?
Do you intend to study something related to your BSC for Masters? (better)

if you wrote the normal waec, yes you get that in your school.

I believe if you wrote normal WAEC, you can get it in the school, but if you wrote GCE(private) you get that in the waec office in that local government.

If You are yet to collect your WAEC certificate I suggest you go and get it ASAP and go before 11am anyday you wish.
