You didn't say the errors you made because phones come with manuals and if it is followed judiciously you would enjoy what you have. Itel has upper hand for now.

We have best option with itel phones. As well as the others. I have been using itel brands since 5 years. I have used infinix and Tecno and giving them out. We can't produce any phone for now the ones we have is our best.
