well... from my own knowledge of nutrition, apart from pregnancy creating vacuum in the belly, eating at late hour of the night contribute a lot to pot belly... solid foods to be precise do not break down easily and and so tend to get choked up thereby creating a vacuum that leads to pot belly... pot belly is not necessarily fat around ur belly Bt a vacuum from within. the wall of the stomach is such that when it extrudes it very hard to contract and return to shape..
ladies that eat well and at the proper time do nt have it... its only the otondo (s) that do have it.
