1. Trustworthy - I beg to differ on my own part. It's the moves one makes that determines trustworthiness.

The last video call she made with me, was to show me the airconditioner in the vehicle she was in. Telling me that she was on the way to the park to make the waybill. Waybill never came through and she went AWOL. She had told me earlier that she had dropped the washing machine I paid for, for them to waybill it at the park. Goods not seen, money not seen. Something wey she say she dey go drop and dem don drop for park, na something wey suppose don reach my hand by now.

If there was some trustworthiness, at least, it's the goods arriving that we'll be talking about now, even if she went offline.

2. Communication - She has an issue with her family which I'm sure everyone has one problem with their family or the other. That's not a ground for going completely offline with people's monies/goods in your hands. There should be a medium to tell people you can not take orders at the moment. Or the pending orders, you ask them to kindly be patient and you'll refund them or something. Not Ghost them.

Why didn't she reach out to all her aggrieved customers? If there's a number, then kindly put it out for us to reach her.

she's a very nice person and i have bought a lot of things from her without issue including giving free items too. but remember at times when you buy things online dah is not brand new It can go either way... just be patient i believe she will work something out.
you can also put yourself in her shoe... i believe she is running at lost on this item you bought but that's business and also pressure on the other side bcus of your frequent calls and chats.

I’ve never given her pressure… I ran at loss too.. even told her we should share the next cost so she doesn’t have to do that alone.. she’s a nice person yes I know and confirmed that..

Reason why I haven’t said anything on here.. what got me surprised was how I’ve been sending her messages and calls yet no response from her..

I got an inverter AC 160k from her.. didn’t even doubt paid for everything..

She got me kits and all.. we were actually vibing well.. i even used her AC installer so I won’t have issues with her saying I didn’t use good person.. after everything the AC turned off itself showing CH 38 error (Meaning Low gas) signal..

I informed her about it and she brought same ppl.. filled gas and did 1 or 2 fixing.. same issues persists..

Oya na lemme call her.. we talked small then next thing I know.. she’s ignoring my calls and WhatsApp messages.. till this moment no response from her concerning the AC and it’s issue.. I called her numerous times.. she no pick or even reply calls..

Until I came here before she called me once and that’s it…
