seyewest:Please I would be traveling to San Antonio, Texas very soon. The flights to San antonio are much more expensive than the flights to houston. Please is it possible to fly to houston and not have problems at IAH POE , when my last destination is SAT? Houston to SAT is only three hours and I can have someone pick me up. I just dont want POE issues. Then, in the event I would have to buy/show a bus ticket, which bus service would you recommend. Generally, greyhound has rather flexible times, but Im willing to try others. Thanks... |
cumz:Hello,PTA means Personal Traveler's allowance and BTA means business traveler's allowance. You are eligible for anyone (PTA or BTA) up to $4,000 every quarter. This means that you are eligible to get $4,000 at the official bank rate of about N360 = $1 or thereabout. You would need your flight details and your passport (of course with a valid visa), then you fill the FORM A at the bank and also the request for PTA/BTA. The total duration of the flight must be more than 5 hours. Most people get PTA/BTA because it is cheaper than having to change naira to dollar at the black market rate. I hope this helps.. Cheers! |
Hello Eveyone, Please is there anyone here that has changed his/her status while in the US from B1/B2 to F1 ? |
Please I have a valid B1/B2 visa and I just came back from the US where i spent 3 weeks. I wish to study there, I have applied and gotten admission into a masters programme. Now, I hear chances of my existing visa being cancelled and my F1 visa denied are high because I just got back and it might be seen as an intent to migrate. Do u adivise me to travel again and change status while in the US ? |
