Hello, the same thing happened to me. Is or gmail still working cos mine also stopped. I wrote it here but no one answered. I did factory reset, had to wipe out all my data and the phone went back to been in the new state. I could install all d applications again. Hope this helps.

Guys please help me... My phone switched off cos of the battery was low and I charged it with a laptop. When I switched it on my gmail stopped working and all d installed application from assistant folder uninstalled and won't installed back. Please does anyone know wat I can do.

Hello. please I got tecno M7 like 3 weeks ago and it was working fine until this morning. The battery was low and it went off so I charged it will a laptop and when I switched it on all the applications I installed from the assistant folder became uninstalled and it won't install back. The gmail has stopped working too. I had to sign in into all my accounts again. Please what shld I do?. Thanks

krugar07: 1st, worst and last. went to write an exam, found out they didnt allow phones, luckily (or unluckily) i always carry a bag with padlock and this bicycle lock cable thing to public places. i secured my bag to a big table, 2 other guys gave me their phones and i gave them spare keys to the padlock. to cut the long story shot, i came out of exam with a smile on my face only to see the guys hanging around with long faces, i asked them what happend and they said my bag (padlock and chain included)was gone!!! with all my particulars!!! i almost fainted. luckily i had my wallet with me, later paid for their not so expensive phones and cursed myself almost everyday for being so security conscious and unwise.

Am starting this thread for us dat got our phones stolen in different occasions.. Please share your experience. Let me start first.
I was in d bus sitting at d back near d window chatting on my tenco phamton. Got tired and kept it back in my bag. An older woman was sitting beside me and asked me to help her hook her bra hand so I turned back to help her do it and it took like 50seconds. When I was done I had gotten to my busstop so had to come down. When I came down and walked a few steps I remembered my phone. Lo and behold my phone was missing and d bus had gone.... Was so confused.... Called my number immediately and it kept on ringing with no response.... That was how my phone went.... #crying#
